J’ai passé commande d’une doudoune Fendi d’une valeur de 1900euros et un bonnet Fendi le 23 Decembre 2021 lors de la réception j’ai remarquer un défaut de couture sur la manche, j’ai contacté le service client pour leur faire pare de mon mécontentement aujourd’hui nous sommes le 6 avril 2022 rien n’a bouger incroyable pour une marque soit disant de luxe, A FUIRE A FUIRE la marque FENDI je suis CHOQUER À FUIRE FENDI.COM.

I sent numerous emails with full details of the defective glasses I purchased. Sent in numerous pictures and have not recieved any responses. Called customer service and was advised to go to one of their botiques where they assured me they could help me there and they couldn't. Problem still not resolved after spending over $600 on crap glasses. Good job fendi
FENDI = ARNAQUE
J’ai passé commande sur le site de Fendi le 17 décembre 2021 pour une livraison le 21 décembre 2021. Mon colis a été perdu pendant un mois par UPS, puis retrouvé et renvoyé à Fendi. J’ai demandé à recevoir à nouveau le colis, la livraison prévue pour le 19 janvier 2022 n’est arrivée que le 21 janvier 2022.
Lorsque j’ai ouvert le carton, il contenait une paire de chaussures et non pas le sac que j’avais acheté et payé.
J’ai donc renvoyé le colis a Fendi, qui m’a répondu après une enquête de plusieurs semaines que les chaussures étaient des contrefaçons et qu’ils ne me rembourseraient pas les 3100€ payés pour le sac!
Le colis à traversé la France et l’Italie deux fois et a été en possession d’UPS pendant plusieurs semaines, mais Fendi considère que je suis le fautif!
J’ai contacté le service client plus d’une vingtaine de fois depuis décembre 2021 et ils ont été d’une inefficacité assez incroyable.
J’ai du avoir 10 interlocuteurs différents, tous plus désagréables et incompétents les uns que les autres.
Bref Fendi est une maison de voleurs que je déconseille vivement et j’ai confié ce dossier à mon avocat.

Bought a 2500€ bag. Second time I carry it, some threads are cut and I was scared there will be more threads off so I tried to contact them. I’m struggling to get a replacement for 2 months! If they give me my money back, the bag costs +100€ today!!!! They reply to my emails after a week and each time they keep asking me the same photos which I have already sent!!! It’s ridiculous

J’ai passé une commande le 21/01/2022 pour un anniversaire le 28/01/2022 le 28 toujours pas de colis donc j’annule la commande et eux me prélève quand même 650€ et à ce jour le 01/03/2022 toujours pas de remboursement ils me baladent en me disant que c’est ma banque qui bloque le virement alors que je l’ai ai appelé et pas du tout pas de virement de leur part vraiment des voleurs je ne vois même plus fendi comme une marque de luxe . Ne commander surtout pas sur ce site.

I bought a ring from Fendi with my 21st birthday money, it was a real luxury for me and I was over the moon. It became scratched and jewels had fallen out after just a few weeks. I went into the store and they took my ring away telling me it would be sent back to Italy and be sorted. It’s been 10 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. After seeing all the reviews I’m starting to worry I won’t get a refund!
Poor exchange policy
Firstly I’d like to say how disappointed I am with the lack of service & flexibility on my recent purchase of a ring for my daughters 21st which was to the value of $470. Whilst I was made aware after the fact that the 14day return policy was in effect there was no leniency made for me to exchange the ring after that period, due to the ring size not being true to its size.
I was not after a refund and was prepared to pay extra. I asked to speak to the manager however they refused to allow this, all I was given was an email address. I was spoken to and treated rudely, the lady was very abrupt.
Given that this company is a prestige business with a eye for high quality to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone in the future. My daughter is set on this ring which now puts me in the situation of having to pay for another ring all over again for her to receive what she wanted as a present from her family for her 21st.

People are friendly but they don’t have the authority to do anything. Also quality for a luxury brand is quite shocking. My 3900 purse after 3 months the leather is wearing and colour is peeling. I’ve been dealing with this for over 6 months and yet to be offer a solution.
Don't buy from Fendi.
I bought a brand new ring, it came in fast, and I thought all was well until I was wearing it for not even a month and it was tarnished, not only that the diamonds are falling out. I am extremely careful with the ring but with no prevail it still broke. This is only after ONE MONTH of wearing the ring.
Fendi.. the biggest scam and worst quality around.
So I was gifted a £220 fendi ring for my birthday in September and by October my finger was going black after wearing it! I had worn it max 3 times in this 1 month period so to say I was shocked was an understatement! My £30 ring from Pandora which I wear everyday hasn’t even tarnished so a £220 ring I am disgusted!! I contacted Fendi and long story short we have only just had our 2nd reply in 3 months.. customer service is disgraceful for a luxury brand. I’m sad as this ring is sentimental but I would never ever waste a penny more on Fendi it’s a con and scam and primark jewellery is probably better quality
Avoid At All Costs!
My daughters boyfriend bought her a ring for Christmas that was slightly too small. They were told they’d need to return the ring and then repurchase the correct size once they got their refund. Fair enough - so this is what they did. She was working that day so she packaged the ring up in accordance with the instructions, which specified to ensure one of the invoices was inside the box with the item and all it’s original packaging. The courier came to collect the ring and was quite abrupt, insisting all invoices should be out of the box and demanding that I remove it from inside the box. I was a bit taken off guard, perhaps thinking that my daughter and boyfriend misunderstood the packing instructions. So I did what he asked - after all Fendi chose this courier and I felt he would know what he’s talking about. I opened the box in front of him, gave him the invoice, and then re sealed the box with new packing tape. I then asked for confirmation or proof that the item had been picked up but he insisted ‘they don’t do that’ and left with the item. I have since been told by Fendi that this is true, they don’t offer anything for customers to evidence the item has been collected. My daughters boyfriend didn’t get any confirmation of return after a week or so and chased it up only to be told by Fendi that the box arrived at their offices but was empty! He and my daughter raises a dispute immediately and we’re told this would take up to 15 days. I felt obligated to speak to Fendi myself and share my concerns about the way the courier collection was handled and I spoke to a lovely lady, who seemed very sympathetic and reassuring that she couldn’t see any reason why a refund wouldn’t be forthcoming, as it seemed evident that the box has been tampered with. My daughters boyfriend, just this morning, received an email from Fendi confirming they had investigated, could find no evidence of wrongdoing, and therefore no refund will be provided. This poor kid has now saved for a ring to buy his girlfriend and is now out of pocket over £300 with no ring to show for it. I cannot see how a reputable company can do this to their customers. It’s a complete disgrace and I will tell everyone I possibly can about this situation, which is theft as far as I’m concerned. I am certain there is a link between the demand for me to remove that invoice and the situation we are now in, although I can’t prove it. After reading the other reviews on here I now know exactly what sort of company this is and will be seeking further action legally.

My husband purchase me a ring for Christmas and it wasn't the right size (not really sure why their ring sizes are S/M/L...not of those fit properly). Trying to exchange this ring was the most frustrating experience i've had with vendor, and this is supposed to be a "luxury retailer." I sent at least 10 emails, no response. I called multiple times - was led down different rabbit holes and was given conflicting information. Really disappointed - will not be purchasing again.

I’ve just called customer service as my phone ring socket suddenly broke last week. So far the service has been very thorough. I’ve taken photos of the damaged article, proof of purchase and the authenticity documents and sent them back. So far the service has been in line with other luxury brands, but let’s wait and see what the overall resolution is. The item is still in warranty so I am hoping no trouble. The item was bought in August 2021 and has a 2 year warranty.

They say for their returns you only have 14 days..! Surly that for Xmas they would have made this longer….!

I ordered a ring off you as a Christmas present, it did not fit and I’ve been trying to contact for a returns label for the past week I’ve emailed, filled in the returns form every single day this week and also called I’m really not happy with your services it’s now come to a point where it had passed the 14 days returns policy which is not my fault! All I want is to return the ring due to it being too small but cannot understand why i can’t get a reply and every time I attempt the form it says error ! Shocking Customer Service
I ordered a gold pair of Fendi earrings on line for my Daughter for Xmas. They arrived but instead of gold they sent Silver. I contacted Fendi to see if I could change in store. The answer was NO you need to send back and re order. They also gave me a list of documents I needed to include to return the goods via DHL but failed to provide me with the actual documents. I have now chased them 5 times and no response. I am staggered quite honestly that a brand like Fendi offers such poor service. Do not order from Fendi on line is the moral of the story!
