I bought a ring for my daughter that after a few months the coating had all come off and looked awful. The item was returned and still haven’t received a refund after nearly 7 weeks. I’ve called them and emailed and had no reply from them and every time I call they say it will be sorted by another department. I would never use this company again. After care is really bad

Bonjour le 24 décembre j'ai commander un bracelet Fendi a 350€ je n'ai jamais recu le bracelet seulement le packaging et fendi me fait poiroter en me disant qu'il font une enquête de 15jours sur le livreur hors j'ai recu mon colis intacte sans defaut avec tout le packaging c'est le bijou qui est absent dans la boite donc c'est logique que l'erreur vienne de leur entrepot et non du livreur bref je vien de me faire arnaquer 350€ vraiment a fuir !!! On a est pas pris au serieux nous les gens de la classe moyenne !

My experience has been terrible. Ordered 2 ready to wear items beginning of November. 1 item didn’t arrive was never informed it wouldn’t be arriving. The other one came no issue. When I opened it it was massive I didn’t even try it on. Arranged a return. Waited 3 weeks I sent a couple of emails, nothing from them. I then called was told it was still with the refund team, they were busy and apologised. Over a week goes by still nothing so emailed again nothing back from them, called again, again told item was still with refund team.
I then get an email saying item was being denied a refund as it had a stain on the neckline, took them 3 weeks to inspect the item. I waited for item, surprise no stain anywhere I took 11 pictures as proof inside and out, emailed them, again heard nothing back face it a week, called again lady could see the pics and said she couldn’t see any marks or stains and that she would send all pictures to refund team and contact me, left it for over a week, emailed no reply so called and was told that the refund team had denied again, the lady again said she couldn’t see any stains, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager told I couldn’t, asked how to put a complaint in told I couldn’t. Was then left on hold and the hung up on!
Got an email right after being hung up on asking to send pictures again, I have done this again and videos.
I don’t know what else to do? You get hung up on told you can’t put a complaint in. I have never been rude to them on the phone, always please and thank you’d

Awful quality! Absolute rip off for your money.
I’m really disappointed in the quality of their jewellery. My partner bought me a Fendi ring in August and it has turned orange in the space of 3 months. I have a lot of other designer rings that are such good quality I can even shower in them and they have stayed in perfect condition for years, but with this one I was extremely careful and only wearing it on the odd occasion and this has happened. My partner has reached out and has received poor response from their customer service team so I’m posting this on social media platforms along with pictures so future customers are aware of the quality they are getting for their money. Very disappointed as i loved the look of the ring. Just absolutely shocking quality!

Reading all these bad reviews made me crap my pants as I was waiting for my fendi belt. In the end the belt took like 2 weeks to get here only for it not to fit. Immediately I returned it the very same day it came. Again I kept reading these reviews and I was going mad thinking what if I don’t get my money back and I already gave them back their item. They reviewed it and approved my return. Then I got the correct size of the same belt to only wait another 2 weeks. Other then the waiting period on my order getting processed and shipping that took 2 weeks total everything was fine. My things were beautifully packaged. All these reviews that are bad are by people that probably wore their items or damaged them and tried getting a refund. Stop being a bunch of Karen’s

This company is completely horrible! This was my very first purchase and I’m already disgusted and this will be my last purchase with them. I purchased an order on 10/20/21, we paid for overnight shipping so it should’ve been to me on 10/21/2021. So I kept checking the tracking number that was provided to me and never saw anything so I called there yesterday evening when I didn’t see any movement and the rep told me it was just running late and that it should be to me soon. I called back again this morning when I didn’t see any movement on the tracking number and was told that they have to wait for the funds to settle before they can send me my bag! I have never heard of such a thing! I said is this somewhere in your policies or like where did y’all get that from because never does a company really ever wait until the funds are received to send them.
I sent them screenshots, did a conference call with my credit card company and they CONFIRMED the transaction was approved.
……still getting the runaround……..
So here I am still waiting for a response and a resolution.

Possiedo una borsa Fendi in tessuto tipo microfibra nera, per intenderci con inserti in pelle, ricevuta in regalo una decina d'anni orsono. Usata pochissime volte, per qualche cerimonia e riposta con cura, nel suo sacchetto , con carta velina interna, dentro il mio guardaroba , insieme ad altre borse .
Qualche mese fa ho deciso di usarla , e con mio grande stupore la borsa era completamente appiccicosa e rilascia un liquido tipo sciroppo, di colore rosso, che ha intriso anche il suo sacchetto di stoffa.
Praticamente inutilizzabile. Il tessuto con cui è stata confezionata, è di qualità pessima, è si deteriorato nel tempo, come confermatomi da un artigiano della pelle a cui mi sono rivolta.
Naturalmente mi sono rivolta al Centro di Assistenza, che dopo avermi fatto spedire la stessa a Milano per visionarla, mi hanno riferito che, "a seguito dell'analisi fisica condotta da Esperti di Produzione, non è possibile intervenire a causa della costruzione particolare della borsa, e della mancanza dei materiali necessari ad un intervento di riparazione , per cui non sono in grado di offrire soluzioni alternative. "
Tradotto: borsa baguette Fendi in microfibra pessima DA BUTTARE.

My daughter purchased a ring which was the wrong size - in Melbourne - in the middle of our 6th lockdown - we simply wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Our fault that we were outside of the 14 days - I understand their online return policy, however there was no attempt from Fendi to seek a solution. I called and asked for the issue to be escalated - one month later - no response. I called again only to be told the matter had been escalated but "probably declined" due to the amount of time that had passed. Nobody told me - Penny just assumed it was a 'no' because she'd had similar cases before.
This relatively expensive ring has been sitting in the box - in pristine condition - only touched once since to try on from the date we received it. I even offered to send it back for them to assess without any commitment from them of having to exchange it. They wouldn't budge.
For an exclusive designer label I find this customer treatment appalling.
It's not a perishable item and this design is still for sale on their site. There was no option to return it to a store - not that we could, even if we wanted too.
14 days is simply not a reasonable timeframe for returns, but beyond that, the lack of real customer service or any desire to seek a solution is extremely disappointing.
I will never shop at Fendi again, nor will I recommend this brand to anyone! Most 'Melbournites' have a plethora of online shopping stories to tell. I will shout this one from my roof top - NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM FENDI!!!

Extremely poor Customer service with a total lack of respect. A brand such as Fendi should remember their business relies on people purchasing their products, without Customers they would not exist. Perhaps one day, they will realise this when it is too late!!!
Avoid purchasing Fendi products and choose another brand with better Customer service and products.

If you have a problem with your purchase they just play you around and keep sending same automated emails and faff for months on end . Took several weeks to even respond and months to even offer a hint of the most irresponsible suggestions back . They won’t accept to repair or replace faulty purchases despite proof of purchase and damage . They will send you on endless goose chases to an obscure irrelevant venue . If you want to complain formally it will be blocked ! No complaints procedure or protocols . Very frustrating. I can see everyone here has had a bad experience so I am not the only one . Other designers are apt to respond and have excellent service . This is pretty awful for the cost one invests in their products .

En attente d'une commande depuis le 7 août, le service client est inexistant, le service livraison (UPS)est incapable de livrer, le site web n'est qu'une mascarade. En dehors des boutiques, vous pouvez passer votre chemin. L'expérience client n'est pas à la hauteur et c'est réellement préjudiciable à la marque. Le service client est injoignable par téléphone, et la réponse par mail peut prendre plusieurs jours, en tout cas c'est ce que j'espère,dans le meilleur des cas puisque mes 2 précédents sont sans réponse.

I went to Bicester Village to and tried to go into the Fendi store, however the security guard said that I can't come in as I hae no mask, so I asked for one and he said he dont have any and I said they should supply them, he said they had 400 and they have finished, but the rules changed and it's not mandatory to wear them anymore, really poor service and I'm not happy, travelled from quite far away !! Why dont they know the rules ?
Turned out ok in the end
I was getting a bit worried after reading the bad reviews and having already ordered two jewellery items one of which I had return . But they came quite quickly and were well packaged in boxes and the Fendi bags with a letter included. I found the return very complicated and having to print the return label off which when the DHL man picked it up told me I'd done wrong but he very kindly said he'd sort it for me . I'd say from returning it to getting my money back it was about two weeks so I was very pleased especially after wondering if I'd even get my money back after reading all the bad reviews but I did so have I no complaints apart from the complicated return system .
