Honestly never ordered from here but it’s easy to see that the five star reviews on here come from some kid that got paid $5 to type them out and talk about how good the brand was. Stuff looks like trash anyway so there’s one thing going for them.

Customer Service is completely absent. Going on a month waiting for my refund that was confirmed in an email. Their response; it’s under review”! It was confirmed, what is there to review!! By far the worst luxury brand employee representation in the market. Will not buy from them again.

I bought my wife a pair of fendi sunglasses in fendi harrods in Knightsbridge 2 weeks as as they where the last pair and me being a man didn’t think it would matter that they where an ex display pair but obviously when I gave them to my wife they where far to big and kept slipping off her head and down her nose but when I contacted harrods on 3 occasions about this In ordered to have them exchanged I was told someone would get straight back to me but I have heard absolutely nothing!!! The reason I bought in harrods is because they have apparently high standards hence the highly inflated price but I’v been treated far better in so called down market retailers, it seems they just take your money and because they have such a big turnover that they dont mind loosing one customer even though I shop there on a regular basis so please don’t buy in ether harrods or fendi if you think you might have a problem on returning something for the exact same thing you bought and it’s not as if I got them any cheaper because they where ex display , I’m very disappointed to say the least bye the customer Service and I feel completely let down with this total lack of professionalism😡

Ordine effettuato in data 19/01/2021 ad oggi 20/02/2021 non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Chiamando il corriere incaricato della spedizione mi dicono che hanno aperto un'indagine per pacco smarrito. Richiamo il servizio clienti fendi,che ad oggi non si è preoccupato di emettere un rimborso ne di spedire un nuovo prodotto, chiedendo spiegazioni, l'unica cosa che mi hanno saputo dire è di attendere.
Order never received and took ages to get a refund!
On the 12th December I ordered a ring for my Daughter’s 21st Birthday, expected delivery was the 22nd Dec, I never received anything. I contacted Fendi and they took ages to get back to me, they finally did at the start of January, saying they would investigate this! Anyway I waited weeks for an update and finally got a refund on 7th February- almost 2 months after ordering the ring! I’m so disappointed, it’s not something you would expect from a luxury retailer, I definitely won’t be ordering again and now my daughter has to look for something else over a month after her birthday!
They are pretty bad to be honest
They are pretty bad to be honest. I ordered a couple of t shirts at £450 each and they arrived a week or so later with the security tags still attached. They told me to go to Selfridges concesssion to get them removed, that took 3 hours out of my day only to find the concession at Selfridges didn't have the right machine to take the tags off. £900 and 6 months later can't wear them!!!

Bought a bag for four thousand plus on Fendi online, it took a month to reach, and quality of bag strip is bad, so I filed refund and returned it within a week. It took another month to refund with no email updates on item return status (you have to call their customer service to check) , and it only refund 700?! DO NOT BUY ANY FENDI PRODUCTS ONLINE! I do not even know whether I can get my money back!

A friend left my Fendi Peekaboo bag (that I bought in Paris in 2012) for repair and cleaning in a Milano store in Feb 2020. They said it will be ready in 2 months. The COVID happened. So when I called them in April, they said bag is still with them and more time is needed for repairing it. By the time when I lost any hope of travelling to Italy myself, in Sept 2020, I reached out again - this time through email. They told me bag is ready to be picked up. I asked to ship it to me, providing an address in Germany and offering to cover the cost. Back abd forth took weeks. Finally, the store representative Sabrina Bavestrello said it was sent... but days went by no tracking number and no bag! So already in 2021 after my nagging emails and text mesages on Whatsapp... i get a phone call to infor me - it was lost! Ok, I asked what can you do to compensate. They took another 2 weeks... to revert with a suggestion of opening me a store credit with half the price of the new Peekaboo bag (mine was estimated at 2,100 euro, while the new one costs at around 3,200 euros). I don’t see this as a fair solution. Any advice?
