Fendi Ring - Terrible Quality, Terrible Service
Got a ring for my 21st birthday in January, which I only wore on weekends, and it was rusted to the point of turning my finger green in November - Spoke to fendi, who refused a refund and gave me back the £190 in store credit after refusing a refund - the ring had risen to £200, so this was not good enough - raised this and they gave me the £200 in store credit. They claimed the old ring was just from a bad batch, So I re-purchased the same ring, in November. In February, I had noticed it starting to rust, despite being worn for only a total of 15 days. I then began wearing it on weekends again, and now it is rusted worse than the prior ring, and my Finger is yet again turning green due to the rusting. I complained, and their solution was for me to yet again go in store and return it, and wait for their verdict on quality again. Meaning the ring will have cost me a total of £120 on trains alone. For a 'Luxury' Brand, the quality of these products is terrible, and the customer service has quite frankly been appalling. Will not be shopping here again.
Bought a scarfe for my wife
Bought a scarfe for my wife. Within a few days noticed a thread coming loose. Contacted customer service who basically said not their issue. Worst customer service I have experienced, let alone from a so called luxury brand. Never again will I shop with them.

I got a mini Peekaboo last year online and there was a manufacturer defect with the bag. I contacted the customer service online and I was told to go to the closest store for help. I live in Vancouver and the only Fendi store would be in Holt Renfrew. I was told by the store rep that since I purchased the bag online, they wouldn’t be able to help me with the exchange/repair… after several months of back and forth communications with the customer service dpt. I was advised to fo in to the “same store” at Hold Renfrew and that they have been informed of the situation. I went in again at the appointment scheduled for me, and no one was aware of it!!!
Although the store manager helped me replace the item after an hour of waiting and explaining with all the emails I had from customer care dpt. I don’t think I ever purchase a single item from Fendi again!!

J’ai fais un achat de 850€ j’ai compté l’argent en bonne et due forme après que la vendeuse est mise l’argent dans la machine à compter elle me dit qu’il manque 100€, et n’arrête pas de compter compter dans la machine, je demande de me redonner l’argent elle répond attendrez monsieur, attendez monsieur attendez monsieur, après 3 bonnes minutes elle me redonne l’argent et il manque 100€ , c’est des voleurs à la caisse faites vraiment attention en cette période de fête. Boutique à éviter vraiment

SAC DETERIORE QUALITE MINABLE
Mon époux m'a offert un sac il y a quelques années que j'ai très peu porté. Il était stocké dans mon dressing à Paris.
Le sac s'est détérioré et je l'ai retrouvé collé à sa pochette d'origine. La matière du sac s'est dégradée en quelques années de sorte qu'elle est devenue collante. Le sac est bien entendu immettable !
Le sac a été déposé à la boutique en Août 2024 et aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. Au contraire, un diagnostic a été effectué par leurs équipes Italiennes à distance et sans voir le sac !
Sur base de photos, le SAV en Italie aurait conclu qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un vice caché.
Pourtant, nous sommes en présence d'un véritable problème de vice caché. Et en lisant les autres commentaires sur Truspilot, je m'aperçois que plusieurs clients ont des problèmes très similaires.
La garantie des vices cachés est définie aux articles 1641 à 1649 du Code civil :
Article 1641 du Code civil : "le vendeur est tenu de la garantie à raison des défauts cachés de la chose vendue qui la rendent impropre à l'usage auquel on la destine, ou qui diminuent tellement cet usage que l'acheteur ne l'aurait pas acquise, ou n'en aurait donné qu'un moindre prix, s'il les avait connus".
Vous noterez que toutes les conditions sont ici sont réunies :
Ce défaut était existant mais non apparent au moment de l’achat,
Ce défaut n’est pas lié à l’usure normale du sac,
Ce défaut est suffisamment grave pour empêcher l’utilisation normale du sac qui est bien entendu inutilisable en l’état,
Mon époux n’aurait jamais acheté ce sac, et certainement pas au prix du luxe, s’il avait eu connaissance de ce vice caché.
Or contrairement à ce que Fendi avance, la loi prévoit que le délai pour agir est de deux ans à la découverte du défaut.
Or mon sac se trouve toujours en SAV dans leur boutique Parisienne, je n'ai reçu aucun appel de leur Directeur Sylvain Tapeart, ni pour tenter de résoudre le vice caché, ni pour m'informer de la décision de la maison Fendi.
La seule réponse reçue a été celle du responsable SAV, Monsieur William, qui n'était non seulement pas au courant du dossier, mais il semblait confondre la garantie du service après vente avec la garantie pour vice caché.
J'ai relancé à plusieurs reprises le vendeur, Monsieur Oualid, qui s'était également engagé les 14 et 18 Septembre 2024 à transmettre mon dossier à son directeur, mais également d'effectuer un suivi.
N'ayant aucun retour je me suis permise de contacter à nouveau Monsieur Athmani le 20 Septembre, message auquel je n'ai reçu aucune réponse.
Malheureusement, force est de constater qu'il n'existe AUCUN suivi ni service client chez Fendi.
Merci de bien vouloir m'indiquer comment un sac Fendi, stocké dans le dressing de ma chambre, peut ainsi se dégrader et se coller entièrement sur sa pochette d'origine ? Quelle explication plausible Fendi a t il à ce phénomène ?
J'ai vraiment le sentiment que Fendi tente d'échapper à ses obligations. A ceci s'ajoute un réél manque d'attention et de suivi de leurs clients.
Sans compter que notre famille est cliente de la maison depuis plusieurs années. Or ils ne valorisent absolument pas la loyauté de leurs clients !
Il faut dénoncer les problèmes de vice cachés à une association de consommateurs et poursuivre la marque en justice. C'est absolument aberrant de recevoir un tel traitement de leur part.
Mon sac est d'ailleurs toujours en boutique, ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler !
Fendi.com is a scam
I had placed an order with Fendi.com for £610, and was super excited to have received the parcel on 22 Oct 24.
I got a call from the guy from the courier company, asking about the exact location, which I gave him.
However I was not at home so he told me to give authorisation via the link they have sent me to leave the parcel, over my secure gates.
Which I did, and the delivery driver told me that he will do the needful.
I got home in the evening and was happy to see my parcel inside the gates.
I got the lovely box inside and opened it, but to my shock, the box was empty.
In a very smart FENDI bag was a FENDI box, upon opening it, it was empty, seems like someone either packed the box without the item in it or very cleverly opened the box and removed the item and then closed the box.
at first, it looked like a prank from the reels on social media.
I straight away reported it to Fendi customer services, they told me that they would take 15 working days to come to a resolution.
After a month I called them and they refused to do anything by just saying. according to them, everything was in order and the DHL courier company had nothing to say about this.
I've even reported the incident to the police but both Fendi & DHL are running away from this incident. I'm the who lost £610. No refund, no compensation.
Looks like a scam to me..

Mia moglie ha rappresentato un difetto di una borsa (seppure datata) di estremo valore ancora con cartellino e la grande griffe ha ispezionato da remoto il prodotto sostenendo che pur essendoci il difetto doveva essere rappresentato entro i 2 anni. Parliamo di una borsa di estremo valore e il problema lo dovevano risolvere loro. Con quello che costano il minimo e intervenire nel caso di un difetto così importante. Una borsa nuova mai usata logora totalmente. Hai voglia a fare i signori!!!

What an absolute rubbish brand and service in Australia. I purchased Feb 2024 on board a Virgin Voyage cruise in Australia a pair of sunglasses. The other day I went to put my glasses on and one of the arns snapped off. I brought it to Fendi Westfield store to be sent off under ‘warranty’ to see what could be done. I had a call this week to say it can’t be repaired. I asked what they are offering in terms of replacement or credit so I can get another pair as I loved these sunnies to be told they aren’t offering anything and to take it back where they were purchased! I asked if they would pay for my travel to the USA or Europe as the ship no longer sails to Australia!! Even the service in the store from the young lady who serviced me needs to be taught about customer service and the customer care member had no idea and just wasn’t listening.
I’m Disappointed as i was wanting to break into the Fendi brand but will stick to the other high end brands. Thanks for nothing Fendi!
Presents not been delivered properly!
Bought a bracelet for my girlfriend’s birthday which was over £300. I told them to leave the parcel in the safe place and these instructions were not followed.which has resulted in the parcel getting taken from somebody as they just left in infront of the door. Bear in mind I live on a busy main road.
I then tried to contact customer service and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do. So I’m now £300+ down and my girlfriend didn’t get her birthday present.
Won’t be buying anything from here again.

Un ami vient de m’offrir le sac Spy de Fendi qui appartenait à sa femme. Pas porté depuis 11ans. Je l’utilise une ou deux fois et je m’aperçois que l’anse est en train de se défaire. Je contacte donc le Service Client Fendi en imaginant qu’une telle boîte de luxe allait forcément avoir une solution à mon problème… Que nenni.. le commerce de luxe n’est plus ce qu’il était, seuls les prix sont à la hauteur quant à la qualité et au Service Client c’est une autre histoire. Moi qui pensais que le Service Client des enseignes de luxe était irréprochable, et que la qualité était forcément au rendez-vous.

I have never experienced customer service that is this atrocious in my life..
I purchased a purse and had to return it cause it was faulty (fendi label discolouring/chipping), I was given a contact for fendi who would “look after my every need” then she went silent with no communication. Then I had to start contacting the customer service line because I hadn’t received any comms for when it would be fixed. It was promise after promise, I was hounding them every week for them to send my purse back to me or provide an ETA. I received the purse back and within three days the same thing happened again. I have now contacted them and they have not answered any emails, just completely ignoring me. There is now 4 unanswered emails and before they were responding weekly - the company has just gone completely silent. I have documented every interaction.
Terrible! I would avoid Fendi at all costs and stick with Louis Vuitton or Chanel!!
