I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacvapour's customer service team recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Duncan, in particular, was outstanding in his assistance and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service.

Great products, fast delivery and great customer service
Order regularly from this company for the last 2 years and dispatch is almost always the same day and delivery is fast and as stated. On the one occasion I had a faulty product, they dispatched a replacement immediately. Great service!

The thing I really love about JacVapour…
The thing I really love about JacVapour is their customer service. It’s rare that I do need to contact them, but on the odd occasion when I have I’ve always got a really quick reply from an actual person rather than a chatbot. Always very quick to help and sort out any issues, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
