Since their initial launch in 2010, the JAC Vapour team have grown the business to be a leader and prominent voice in the UK vape industry. They're proud to have introduced premium devices, all designed in-house, and provided premium e-liquids made in the UK. Today, it's still one of the only truly independent vape brands in the UK; privately-owned and managed. Compliance is a big part of the JAC Vapour proposition; all products being thoroughly tested, verified and registered. Great customer service
I've been using my series S-22 for years now and it's been battered and bruised along the way but still working perfectly! Great products as well as helpful and timely customer service whenever any issues do arise.

Amazing customer service from Duncan today. Issue over Christmas with S22 battery. Duncan responded first thing this morning, after a couple of quick questions he arranged a replacement battery which should be with me tomorrow. Excellent service. Wish more companies treated their customers like this...
