Parts are of good quality. if you have a computer shop and need to stock up parts, this is the place to buy em.

The parts are well packed without any damage during transportation. It is easy to replace and can work normally immediately after replacement. The person in charge communicates in time and has a good attitude.

Looked for a genuine HP charger. HP (the OEM) had no stock. Found these guys, searched for a charger to suite the model of machine and ordered. 9 days later I received a cheap copy; could have done that through Amazon for next day. My complaint was met with a “you bought the cheaper charger”. Two things; 1) I bought a charger for my spec machine, 2) it didn’t say “cheap charger” in the description. First and last time I use this company.

I ordered a keyboard for my HP laptop. It took over 2 months to arrive. They keyboard was the right one but such long delivery delays are unaceptable. They need a European hub.

Contacted parts shop re replacement battery back in March 2022.It was a long drawn out process with many e mails going backwards and forwards and an incorrect battery being delivered(there are hundreds of different batteries even for HP laptops). However, full marks to the parts shop for their perseverance! I received the correct battery on 14/06/22 and it is working fine.

I found the exact genuine HP part (a power adapter) for my laptop. It was fantastic that the adapter came with the corresponding cable to connect to the wall outlet (many adapters don't).

It works beautifully and I love that its a genuine HP part, identical to the original and was great value.

This review is not giving a full score due to the duration of the shipping. I ordered a charger and it arrived 17 days later. Luckily, my old charger was still working but I can imagine that for somebody that is in a rush, this might be troublesome.

Nevertheless, the charger works perfectly fine and looks similar to the original. As my package has been spot searched, I had to pay clearance costs but hppartsshop's customer service, which was really quick with its answers, agreed to reimburse the tax cost.

Scammers. Parcel has been “with sender” according to yodel for the past month. Unhelpful responses to queries and doesn’t seem like it will ever be received

The reason for not giving full marks is that shipping really takes a long time. I placed my order on the 10th of May, and it was delivered to my flat on the 27th of May. Except for this, I am satisfied with this service. My new battery works well. It looks exactly the same with my original computer battery, hopefully it will work for at least 2 years

Our package arrived damaged, Hppartshop were very quick to respond and replace the damaged part. Excellent service, very happy with prices and service.

There were some issues with COVID and importing from China, the part was then resent from Hong Kong. The first one was faulty, however a replacement was sent out more or less promptly that was fine.

Placed an order early march, chased and chased and chased to be told it is with yodel and to contact yodel to find out where it is. I contacted them all though its not my job as a customer to chase the courier and was advised that an incorrect address was provided and they require HP Parts to contact to change. I passed on this message to them and was told again to contact yodel, i explained i did not have authority to change the address as i was not the sender, they said they would contact and get this changed. A week later now at the end of April still no item and no update so i emailed on the 4th no response and then again on the 5th and received a refund notification with an email to say they had refunded us.... i didn't need a refund i needed the part. Only way to contact is via email, they will take your money and make you wait for something that for some reason never arrives and a refund is only provided when you chase them. This is not the first time i have had issues with this company complete waste of time and effort, no customer service skills or remorse.

Great customer service. I ordered two similar items as two separate orders on the same day and they noticed and checked with me to be sure it was not a mistake. I have not yet received delivery, but so far, I have to recommend this site.

Took about 1 month to reiceve the charger i bought, on the website it said in a few days but it works so👍🏻👍🏻

Scammers.

First of all not a UK company buy a chinese one, making shipping unbearably slow.

Secondly once the fans finally arived they were BOTH broken. Contacted them and the clowns said it must be my laptop, as they apparently checked the fans. I still have one working fan, I know my laptop isn't the issue.

After clearing up it wasn't my fault their product was broken they offered a refund upon returning the products. But I would have to pay shipping. I also already paid a duty they want me to lie during shipping for so they don't get it... Making me spend extra time and money to return to them metal junk... I'm still looking into doing this, but might end up deciding the tiny amount of returned money in the end is not worth a that effort (assuming they don't lie about never receiving the return, which at this point I consider to be a very real risk, but spending extra on tracking will just make the saved amount even lower)

Don't shop here! Get your replacement parts elsewhere!

Hopefully I can still get a refund through paypal... Otherwise this is just money wasted and more broken technology to add to the ever increasing amount of e-waste.

Ordered battery from this company, like, as many others will say, I thought it was a UK based company. NOPE not in the slightest...the payment receipt have the game away. Definitely comes from China, I had to wait from 7th December and only recieved it today, 31st December, after I emailed to complain. Add to the delay in shipping, when it arrives, the dispatch address is a place about 10 miles from me.....really?
Might have to go and visit as that seems to be BS and I can also add, IT IS NOT AN HP PART, don't fall for the BS in the description.
Yes it fits but my laptop doesn't like it and notified me it isn't a genuine part.
The price is low for a reason....crap service and low quality product, not original parts.
If it screws my laptop they will get a visit at the local address.....

Good no quibble refund when I did not realise this was not being posted within the UK. I had already taken my laptop apart so needed the part urgently.

I contacted the company and they quickly gave me a paypal refund, unlike issues I have had with ebay. So although I have not used any of their goods the customer service has been really good.

Like others on here I was duped with the .co.uk address into thinking it was a local UK firm and not a Chinese firm. I ordered a new power supply for my laptop as the original had died on me, however after 3 days I had not heard anything from them I went and bought a replacement locally and cancelled my order with hppartsshopco.uk.
Funny enough within 5 minutes of complaining to them and PayPal I received notification that the part had been shipped, coincidence or not.
I have informed them that I would not be accepting this part if it ever comes and will want my money back, I will also be contacting my local Trading standards office to see if anything can be done about this firm and their dubious ways of selling what appears to be from some reports on here, unsafe tat.
UPDATE 10 December
They have informed me that the part has been successfully delivered by Yodel on the 7th December to to an address in Bournemouth, this is at least 400 miles from where I live. Even Yodel can't be that bad can they?

After placing an order for a power pack based on wrong info from a family member (gave me the model number for the wrong (HP) laptop, it was another brand I needed).

When this was discovered I requested a cancellation of the order due to my mistake. Correspondence and refund was quick and uncomplicated. Based on this customer service and prompt refund I rate the supplier highly and would use them if I need an HP brand item in future.
