I ordered an internal optical drive for a laptop from this shop, but later I found that the necessary cables and plastic components to house an optical drive for my laptop were scarcely available on the market and thus priced so high that they were far more expensive than the optical drive itself, making it more cost-effective to just buy used old laptop with the components I needed. Thus, I asked to cancel my order and offered -10£ from my refund for shipping expenses, and despite customer service informed me within an hour that the package had been already sent, they also told me that they already contacted the logistics company to return the package, which they did manage, and my money are being returned. Considering that they could refuse my request as it was my mistake to not check all necessary components prior to purchase, and the package was already sent, I could not ask for more.

In December 2024 I ordered battery (KC04XL) for HP Envy. In January 2025 I got it. The quality is good. Now, with full battery I can use my laptop approximately 8-10 hours for excel without charging.

My company regularly order laptop chargers from HP Parts Shop. Had an issue once where the website part didn't match the actual item delivered but apart from that, items arrive within 10 days or so.

In the end the product arrived and was an excellent buy. I ordered a HP laptop battery May 2024. After the initial email confirmation from the company I heard very little, so communication I feel was poor, and with the other reviews I heard on trust pilot I was worried. I contacted PayPal after about 5 days. However, after 11 days the product arrived. The battery is perfect. As described. A brand new recently manufactured one (January 2024). I cannot comment on others experiences, but mine was just a very long wait, and not much communication. Hope this helps.

Counterfeit item sold through a Chinese website masking as a UK Web address. Fake item that doesn't work. Tried making me send it back for a refund at.my cost but I logged a PayPal claim and they went in my favour. I'd rather by a genuone 2nd hand item through eBay that buy fake stuff from this website. AVOID

I purchased a laptop charger for a HP g9 250. I checked what I needed on the back of the laptop very carefully and found I needed 19.5v at 2.31 amps (45w) to charge my laptop.

Since HP only sell the 65w chargers and I was worried it would damage my laptop, I tried this lot. The charger arrived, plugged it in and...no it didn't work.

The laptop would charge for 30 seconds, go onto battery saver as the laptop stopped receiving power, then charge for another 30 seconds.

Hitting the power supply with a multi meter I got 40 watts of power! Assuming it was defective I asked for a replacement, they said "return the item for us to test at your own cost and **if** we agree we will replace it". The cost of returning it TO CHINA!!! was £35, to replace a £23 charger? Yeah...not doing that!

These guys are cons, scams and totally unreliable. DO NOT USE!!!!!

We ordered some chargers which were a good price and arrived in good time.

Bought my Victus laptop power supply in January last year. Didn't arrive till much later in February because of 'holidays' then was faulty. The charger was a strange very blocky device with no HP on it and the laptop warned 'low power' and charged very slowly. Charger got hot. When the working charger arrived in mid-MARCH, it was a genuine HP charger. This has now gone faulty [red hot, burning smell and no charge] again (24/02/24) and they are refusing to replace because I ordered in Jan 2023. WAY TO GO WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HP! You might as well buy from some anon seller than pay HP prices as what I have recived seems no different from some online auction site and they are much cheaper.

It's been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received the battery I ordered.
Moreover, I had to pay the customs, which I should not have had to pay as the shipping warehouse was in the EU. But was it really, or did I have to wait for the battery to be shipped from China?
This is the worst service ever. I just hope it is a genuine HP battery and not a cheap replacement.

This is a company based in china even though they make it look likes it’s the uk. Waited 3 weeks for the product, had to pay customs even though it was stated I wouldn’t. Do not buy from this company unless you like cheap counterfeit products from china which can and will ruin your hp devices. I believe it should be illegal for them to trade under a uk website but deliver products from china.
Stay away from this company unless you want to throw away your money. Con artists

Received my battery today and seems to all be working fine in the device it needed to replace. I am very aware it is day 1 though and this may change later and with use. But for now, all good. The battery appears to match the image and specifications provided.

Their customer service responds quickly & clearly to queries, very helpful but I did receive my dispatch notice late.

It was delivered with Evri and this took a while ('expecting it' on 1st) as it seemed to be 'lost' but after contacting Evri they 'found' it again and it got to me in a matter of days. They did put it through the door which isn't really what you want, luckily I heard it and was able to get it before it fell to the floor. None of this is the fault of HP Parts Shop, though, just something to be mindful of considering you don't want your battery to be damaged before you pump electricity through it in a flammable item.

I don't seem to have any issues (currently) other people have, this clearly dispatched from the UK (been with Evri since dispatch), and is, at the very least, the battery advertised whether it's 'official' or not. As long as it works and gives me some more longevity for my laptop I'm OK with it.

Ordered a battery for my laptop thinking it was a UK company. Turns out it is based in China.
So after a 3 week wait the battery arrived and I had to pay the import fee (was told I wouldn't, but there you go).
Fitted and all seemed well.... until 10 weeks later. At which point the battery dies at 50% when in use.
The cost of return would be €109 via fedex as no other service will ship batteries. So that is not viable.
Contacted them and still awaiting response.
Will now be lodging a dispute with paypal. And bought a replacement from HP.com

Had to pay customs charges. After eventually receiving charger, same does not charge laptop, company fail to answer emails...avoid!

The response from the company was very efficient.

Charger works perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars is that I had to unexpectedly pay duty of €8. However, am happy to say they did refund half of that.

My 1st (last) HP laptop needs battery and as I have never used plastic on line or even banked I phoned for help.Told on line or nothing even when I said issues.
I got help and lucky shop did paypal or knackered but ONCE BOUGHT then says 17 to 22 days delivery and this news should be first. LAST HP I will buy a firm that's for themselves to much I think.

Avoid this supplier. On the UK website, it clearly implies it is a UK based company that will deliver brand name items promptly. However, once you receive your invoice, you realise the company is based in China, with very long delivery times. The only means of communication is via a 'contact box' or email - no phone number.

As far as I can see from other customer experiences, the goods don't appear to be genuine brand products and are of questionable quality.

The seller is not honest and I am reporting the company to the UK Trading Standards Authority for making false claims.

UPDATE:
The supplier did give a refund on request - HOWEVER, I had originally given them a 'tip' (requested by them at the checkout) - which was stupid of me... the 'tip' wasn't refunded.

Absolutely don't deal with these people.

Firstly despite .co.uk this is not a UK based company so delivery is very long from China.
Ordered a new battery.
Battery didn't work. Laptop said no battery detected.
Left to repair shop who ran diagnostics and confirmed faulty battery. Also confirmed battery was not new. Contacted seller for refund. Would only refund if I returned battery at my cost of over £12. Do not use

Shipping was slow ( and cheap ), so it's to be expected
I would definitely deal with them again and would recommend them to others
