The dress I ordered was of very poor quality and arrived packaged in a tiny parcel so was extremely creased. In addition it took approx. 2 weeks to arrive. The only way to get a full refund is to return the item to China at my expense. This is a company best avoided and doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I bought the dress for my nieces wedding. It arrived in a tiny black plastic wrapped parcel. Couldn’t believe it was the dress. It will need one heck of a press before I can try it on. Most people have complained about the fabric but in this hot weather I was pleased it was a lightweight fabric that feels like soft cotton. I must admit I’ve had better quality clothing from Temu at a much lower price. Fingers crossed it presses well and fits (I did order a size larger because I wanted it to be loose). Additionally it took 3 weeks to arrive

Don't deserve a star, scam company.
Cheap dresses from China, nothing like advertised. Trying to get a full refund is a nightmare, emailed loads and ended up with 50% refund (they started with 10%!).
Avoid unless you like cheap tat, and like to throw money away!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Garment was of poor quality, arrived very late, poorly and improperly packaged. When inspected, it was ripped.
Asked for refund and kept being offered a partial refund, totally unacceptable.
AVOID THIS RETAILER!

If I could give it no stars I would. Like everyone else the dress was cheap, exceptionally poor quality and arrived 3 weeks after order. I was adamant that they should refund but they kept increasing the refund amount and offering a 50% discount on another order, like that would happen 🤣 the icing on the cake was them telling me if I returned, their quality department would need to accept it ( such a pity they didn’t check it on the way out) undeterred I thought I’d try chargeback through my bank. It’s a lengthy process so be prepared for pictures, evidence etc but today a refund of the full amount is in my bank account. I feel it’s a win for the little man (or lady).

The Dress they sent is different from the one I ordered. They offered a 10% refund. They keep quoting the return costs are my responsibility. This is only true if I just didn't like the dress or had changed my mind. But when they send the wrong item or it differs from what they advertise on their website it becomes a breach of contract and they should bear the cost. They are refusing. Steer Clear would never order from them again.

I purchased the dress for my wife ,thinking it was a London base company,offering end of season sale price.
It looked fabulous in the advert,
The dress took weeks to arrive,and when it did so,it arrived in a black plastics bag all rolled up, and ceased.
The material was cheap polyester,and the finish was dreadful.
I have seen better quality on a market stall.
There was no sale price,as all the dresses are now marked at the same price.
This is a scam ,avoid at all cost.

The item came from china, when I ordered I was led to believe I was ordering from a boutique in London. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I will not order again or recommend to anyone.

The dress arrived much later than advertised so too late for the event. The fabric was very inferior so not suitable. Returns are extremely difficult and expensive. Offered 10% of the price to keep it. My advice is don’t use this company.

The dress I ordered was dreadful. It arrived crumpled up in a tiny bag.
It looked nothing like the photo. Now I find to return it I have to pay to return it to CHINA. Not happy .

Scam , avoid like the plague. Cheap tacky clothing, nothing like advertised.

The dress I received was nothing like the one advertised. It is appalling quality, shaped like a sack and made of terrible quality fabric. When I asked for a refund I was told I'd have to pay to the return the item to China!
I would strongly suggest that you do not order from this company, it is clearly not a British mother and daughter company as the website suggests, but a front for a Chinese rip off company.

Complete scam, tried to cancel order minutes after the fact, never received parcel, complete scam!!

THE ORDER TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE AND WHEN IT DID THE PRODUCE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT AS DESCRIBED. iT IS VERY POOR QUALITY. I SUSPECT DESPITE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS THIS PRODUCE COMES STRAIGHT FROM CHINA. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

They shouldn't even have 1 star. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I purchased 2 dresses which they took my money 1 dress they didn't even have in stock. They didn't tell me for several weeks. Finally they refunded me for this dress. 2nd dress took over 6 weeks to arrive, awful quality but no full refund they just keep offering discount refunds and not full refunds. Also you cant send back to London only china!

Total scam, clothes took 2 weeks to arrive and not from London as was advertised. Clothes in poor condition, wrong size and no labels. They offer a full refund policy but it’s a nightmare getting one. I’m taking my grievance to PayPal. Avoid at all costs

Complete scam site. Do not purchase. Items do arrive (but can't be returned) looking nothing like their picture. You have been warned - wish I had!

Absolutely terrible company!
They are not from London as they advertise, they are drop shipping from China. The clothing is absolute rubbish, nothing like what’s shown on the website, the cheapest material, a complete waste of money.
If you try to return the clothes they make every excuse under the sun and tell you it needs sending back to China and ‘the returns process is very lengthy and expensive’ they are not interested at all.
Avoid these scammers or you’ll be throwing your money away.
