Quality experience
Lovely good quality plants. The packaging was great too, they really took care to ensure the plant doesn't get too stressed during transit. Only thing, would like to know more about my order status after the purchase since there is a 3-4 day waitime before they actually send it your way.

Do not waste your time or money here!
I ordered for the first time and was sent a very badly damaged Devil's Ivy Pothos plant. Was only offered a 30% refund. They speak so highly of their excellent product standards but send total crap. I will never buy from them again. I ordered from Beards & Daises and received a really good product and service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely want every customer to be thrilled with their new plants, so we are sorry to hear that your Pothos didn't meet your expectations.
Upon reviewing the photos you provided, we noted that out of approximately 20 healthy leaves on your Pothos, two had tears and two showed minor scarring from the natural unfurling process. There is also a photo of the aerial roots which appear to be in great health - incase it was thought to be something else. While we understand any blemish can be disappointing, the plant itself is very healthy and this particular plant grows very quickly.
We offered a 30% cash refund or a 50% store credit because we felt this was a fair and proportionate resolution for what would be considered relatively minor cosmetic wear on a healthy living plant. We are glad we were able to process the 30% refund you accepted.
We ship thousands of plants every month and unfortunately it is the case that the odd plant will arrive in less than perfect condition. I am sorry that this was the case for yourself.
We appreciate you giving us a try, and we wish you the best with your indoor jungle moving forward.

jungle mix

First order- extremely good.
This was my first order from House of Kojo. I ordered desert rose saplings and a money tree, having tried to get them from elsewhere previously and had very poor specimens. House of Kojo advised to order winter protection as we were having a cold spell. The plants arrived pretty quickly via Royal Mail (who are very careful with plant deliveries) and were extremely well packaged, with the plants very well protected inside the box. The plants are of great quality. Very happy with the service and the purchases.
