Bonjour, aspirateur h free 200 acheter en février 2024, gros bruit moteur et vibration en septembre de la même année, direction le sav, nettoyage régulier des 2 filtre , et gros netoyage avant envoie sav, réponse de hoover après 4 semaines, changement moteur et filtre, pas pris en garantie si panne de nouveau, car encrassement/encombrement filtre. Comme si il me faisait un cadeau de le réparer mon aspirateur de même pas 7 mois. Alors il faut m'expliquer, à moin qu'ils y ai un filtre caché. Les 2 filtre present était super propre, et surtout n'ont pas été changé 🤔, clairement hoover est une marque à éviter, c'est de la camelote. Et le sav vraiment pas top

Bought a Hoover air purifier 500 and it will not connect to the Internet. Judging by the amount of terrible reviews on here and on Amazon for their products I'm not the only one having issues with their tech. Looks like the lack of response to any of these reviews and the amount off them will contribute to never buying hoover products again.

Una estrella porque no hay menos, el sat en Basauri (BIZKAIA) unos mafiosos, Se rompio la pestaña en la tapa de Hoover,
de carga superior en 3 años comprada en el Corte Ingles, viene con un ipad y te dicen que hay que cambiar todo, 300€ y sino te cobran 90€ por venir.
Pagas la mitad por adelantado, 2 meses reclamado la puerta , por fin te traen una y no es, otro mes más.
Ahora no gira el motor y ni lava.
Compraré otra pero no de esta marca

Aspirateur balai commandé le 17/10/24, livré le 22/10/24 : le clous contient un aspirateur traîneau. J’écris au service après-vente le jour-même, et malgré mes appels téléphoniques tous les 2 jours, le 01/11/24 je me retrouve sans aucune réponse ni solution pour l’envoi du bon modèle ou bien le remboursement malgré le délai de rétractation. Le service après-vente téléphonique ne fait que vous répéter qu’il faut « attendre » et qu’ils « font remonter l’information » et personne ne me rappelle ni ne répond à mes mails depuis 10jours.

HOOVER 700 H-Free PET ALLERGY ..Ne vaut rien ! Le tuyau du balai se bouche car trop etroit et impossible de défaire( il est nettoyé à chaque usage)..Le clapet du contenaire s'ouvre.Il a 6 mois ! Très petite capacité et il est lourd pour le poignet..Bref , Plus jamais pourtant j'adorais HOOVER mais là très déçue

Llevo dos semanas por una reparación de una lavadora. El servicio técnico de Murcia (Técnica Integral Del Electrodoméstico) dice que van a llamar y no llaman, llamo yo y no cogen el teléfono. Aquí esperando.....
Hoover H - Wash 500 10kg
Had this machine since July last year. On Sunday we had the machine on. As it went into spin mode the whole appliance started shaking the drum making loud bangs as it rotated. Today we called out an engineer to have look.He told us the drum was wrecked because it snapped the springs. To repair it was going to cost a few hundred pounds. It turns out this is common problem with these machine. You are lucky if you get 2years before something like this happens.As a result we now have to buy a new machine because it was out of warranty. Will never buy hoover again waste of money.
Rot service
Net een nieuwe koelkast gekocht. Deze werkt gelukkig nog, maar de reviews hier baren me al zorgen. Er zit een document bij waar je 10 jaar garantie kan aanvragen. Wat een scam is dat. Je moet een productcategorie kiezen wat een dropdown van nummers is, maar nergens is dit nummer te vinden en noch de verkoper, de support per email of telefoon weten wat ik moet kiezen ze sturen met van het kastje naar de muur en op de laatste email antwoorden ze nu helemaal niet meer.

Aspirateur payé jamais livré
Un aspirateur balai commandé le 23/05/2024 et débité le 24/05/2024. Nous sommes le 24/10/2024 soit 5 mois plus tard et l'aspirateur n'a jamais été livré. Service client inexistant, pas de réponse aux mails si ce n'est qu'ils vont étudier le problème. Ca étudie longtemps pour ne proposer aucune solution. Le dossier part chez un avocat pour obtenir le remboursement. A fuir!!!

Lo peor que le puede pasar a una persona es, tener que reparar un electrodomestico Candy Hoover en garantía. Te dicen que el técnico acudirá en un plazo máximo de 48 horas. Llevo 10 días esperando, he reclamado en atención al cliente, llamadas y llamadas, pero nada. Mejor comprar una nueva que esperar por una empresa irresponsable total. Por supuesto ya he ido a consumo

J'ai acheté un aspirateur HOOVER HP720PETZ le 06/02/23. Dès le début, manque total d'aspiration.
Envoyé au SAV du magasin, puis reparti au SAV HOOVER. Revenu avec comme compte rendu : Aspiration conforme aux normes constructeurs. Et bien changez vos normes et le nom de l'aspirateur, Cyclonic. Ce qui est certain c'est que je n'acheterai plus la marque HOOVER. PRIX 150.00 Euros quand même.

First hoover cordless vac i bought over a year ago broke within a week hoover sent a replacement out and this one has just developed a fault a few weeks after warranty ran out so I'll have to replace it soon!...... hoover quality is c##p and ill never buy or recommend another hoover be it a vac washing machine etc etc

Would have a given a ZERO if I could have. Customer service appalling, called looking for replacement parts, first woman once I told her not looking to buy but needed to source a new clean water tank for my carpet cleaner hung up on me. Second call, the man insisted that hoover did not make my model and yelled at me, continued to talk over me, insisting, "I needed to understand they don't make them." The third woman refused to pass me to a supervisor and insisted I go through the company I purchased it from.
Needless to say I'm now about to purchase a new cleaner that's NOT a hoover

If I could give them a 0 I would. Bought a washing machine that was faulty, booked an appointment (that I had to wait 9 days for). Had to send all of my washing to a launderette which was a nightmare. The repairer man came out and was SO RUDE - his attitude was absolutely disgusting and made me feel really uncomfortable in my own home. The washing machine is now damaged and I will NEVER be buying from this company again.
I have never been more disappointed with an appliance purchase. My Hoover washing machine has been a complete nightmare from the start. Recently, it started malfunctioning—refusing to drain, leaving clothes soaking wet, and making unbearable noise. It’s beyond frustrating that such an expensive product could perform so poorly when it’s not even a year old yet.
To make matters worse, Hoover’s customer service is an absolute disaster. Trying to get support has been like pulling teeth. I spent hours on the phone being passed from one representative to another, none of whom seemed to care or take responsibility.
I regret ever buying a Hoover product, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of their appliances. They clearly don’t care about their customers or standing by their products. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that values its customers. I won’t be returning to Hoover for any future purchases.

If I could give you zero I have insurance on my hoover washing machine just tried to booked engineer for your appointment system not working then called no bookings available for 10 days just cancel my direct debit will just buy new machine definitely won't be hoover ,crap customer service paid for this cover for over 6 years only used it once .tried several times to booked 3rd October to be told now 10th October what I meant to do with washing stuck in my machine.!! I paid almost £1,124 in insurance over 6 years .

Cancelled my order. No notice . Didn't know till I tracked order on delivery date. No phone number so emailed for refund and still waiting. Wish I'd check reviews as clearly the service is very poor

Tengo una lavadora candi carga superior, aún está en garantía de fábrica. Se averió (solo con enchufarla, sin comenzar a funcionar hace saltar el automático de la luz) y ¡¡Llevo más de un mes sin lavadora!! Entre pieza y pieza (esa es otra, los técnicos no saben lo que le pasa) pasan 3 semanas.
Y aquí nadie se hace responsable de la demora o el perjuicio que me está causando.
Waiting for a refund for over a month
I gave Hoover a bad review a while back owing to their incompetence in sending a spare part for my vacuum cleaner. In the end, I sent the appliance back to them. I requested a refund on 13 August and gave my bank details; to date, 20 September, I am still waiting. I did not think that they could sink any lower in my estimation but they have done so.
