Do not buy hoover products.
Bought a fridge freezer 3 years ago and the same thing broke for the 3 time. Having to throw away a lot of food every single time because the freezer just stops working. Asked for a replacement as its not normal for same thing to break 3 times in 3 year and been told the frequency of the repairs doesnt meet the threshold to consider replacement.
Brand new oven didn't work
Brand new oven didn't work, three weeks to get an engineer who failed to fix and said parts were needed, hot an email three days later saying they couldn't source so were closing the job, another quickly followed saying congrats we've fixed and closed the job, argued for a few weeks as hoover claimed the oven was over a year old and demanded receipts and wouldn't accept all appliances were new and supplied in the new build house we had just bought so didn't get appliance receipts. Eventually authorised for replacement but then told loving warhorse meant a replacement couldn't be issued and no time line given other than min 6 to 8 weeks. New double oven was promised for today however yesterday a new one turned up and was stopped out, house filled with smoke, sounded like a washing machine on full spin, alarms and error codes flashing before blowing the house fuse box! I called again, six people later was told tbey hadn't delivered and the new one was still on its way but they would send an email and any immediate action I would need to call install team myself, again told no one had been so sat in today getting emails and texts saying tbey would be her early afternoon. I just got a call from a snotty arrogant woman at hoover who stated she had halted the exchange and could she book an engineer, she kept interrupting and ignored all frustration or information then told me someone would be intouch regards engineer visit and hung up on me! Disabled and stuck in new house without an oven to cook meals for 6 weeks now with zero help from hoover!!! So mad

Hoover h dry 500 is volgens mij een totale ramp. Het water opvangbak in de deur is lastig te plaatsen en voelt zeer zwak aan. Ook maak het de deur zwakker. Na het drogen open je de droger en wordt je getrakteerd op een pluizen regen die de ruimte opvullen als een soort sneeuwstorm. Dus een stofzuiger is altijd nodig om bij de gang te houden.

Was on hold for 2 hours and then a prompt came on stating customer service was closed. It was only 2pm East Coast.
No response from emails.
Crap Products, Crap Customer Service.
Part went within a few months. They won't cover under warranty. 5 weeks or more if buy online.
Utter crap and I won't be buying Hoover again.
OUT OF MY MONEY AGAIN
This is the second carpet shampooer I have spent a lot of money on for both of them not to work and be so easily broken. Water goes everywhere. Leaked so bad my hard wood floors are ruined. I like the shampooer it just needs improvement. I definitely wouldn't recommend especially being how much money I've spent on something to just stop working properly.

Jeg vil advare ALLE mod at handle med dette firma, Hoover Candy.
Her følger en beskrivelse af hvorfor:
Jeg står og har i praksis tabt 12000 kr på deres produkt. Jeg kunne have hentet en brugt tørretumbler på gaden, som havde fungeret bedre end den jeg har købt til 10000 kr. og betalt 2000 kr for et teknikerbesøg.
Jeg modtog en tørretumbler, mærke Hoover NDPEH10A2TCBEXSS i slutningen af juli (Ordre nr 16215211).
Når jeg lagde tøj i, så stoppede den ikke når tøjet var tørt, dvs. at selvom jeg angav det skulle være strygetørt så blev den bare ved med at køre.
Det betød at jeg fik flere bluser ødelagt fordi de krympede.
Jeg klagede til Hoover som sendte en tekniker fra Din Hvidevare Service. Han sagde, at maskinen godt kunne tørre tøjet. Ja! Men den stopper ikke!
Jeg viste ham det ved at jeg lagde et tørt håndklæde ind og så kunne han godt se, at den bare kørte rundt i 15 minutter og håndklæet blev bare helt krympet. Så tog jeg håndklædet ud og så kørte maskinen bare videre som om intet var hændt.
Så sagde han, at han kunne ikke MÅLE at der var noget i vejen med maskinen fordi den var 50 grader, så jeg måtte bare tage mit tøj ud når det var tørt!!!
Jeg fik en regning på 2000 kr som jeg ALDRIG skulle have betalt. Jeg betalte for at vise, at det handlede ikke om penge, men om maskinen.
Jeg kontaktede derfor Hoover som bestilte et nyt teknikerbesøg. Jeg ringede og sagde til Din Hvidevare Service, at jeg ikke ville have samme tekniker, for jeg ville ikke have samme besked.
Så sagde de i telefonen, at deres bedømmelse var rigtig og at det er helt normalt at min maskine bare står og kører i en uendelighed. Det kan jo ikke passe. - Hvad skal man så med de forskellige tørringsprogrammer når den bare bliver ved med at køre selvom tøjet er knastørt?
Så ringede og skrev jeg til Hoover -igen -igen -igen. De svarede ikke.
Så skrev jeg flere mails.
Så sendte de en kopi af fakturaen fra Din Hvidevareservice hvor der stod, at der ikke var noget i vejen med maskinen!
- Jamen det er jo det jeg klager over!!!
Så sendte jeg videoer og mails til den mailadresse de sagde var reklamationsafdelingen. Jeg hørte ingenting.
Så ringede jeg flere gange. En engelsktalende fyr lovede mig også at jeg ville blive ringet op af den danske afdeling. Det er jeg blevet lovet omkring 5 gange og jeg er endnu ikke blevet ringet op.
Så skrev jeg igen.
Så skrev de tilbage, at det var normalt at det tog længere tid at tørre tøjet fordi det er en vandbaseret tørretumbler. Så skrev jeg at det er ikke det beskrevne problem - det er at den ikke stopper og derfor tørrer tøjet i stykker.
Så skrev de at jeg skulle sende en mail - igen - igen- til reklamationsafdelingen med CC til Din Hvidevare Service.
Så skrev jeg mail igen med billeder. Jeg kan ikke tælle hvor mange mails jeg har skrevet, men det sidste svar er det samme som de andre gange, at der ikke er noget i vejen med maskinen!!! Endnu engang har de sendt en kopi af fakturaen fra Din Hvidevare Service!
Nu sidder jeg med en tørretumbler til 10000 kr og 2000 kr i teknikerbesøg som jeg ikke kan forlade når jeg har sat den i gang, fordi den bliver ved med at køre. Jeg kan ikke lægge tøj i uden hele tiden at tjekke hvor tørt det er. Så må jeg selv stoppe maskinen. Det sker på alle programmer.
Jeg er simpelthen ved at eksplodere over at jeg i en hel måned har mailet og ringet og prøvet at forklare at min maskine ikke stopper når tøjet er tørt.
Den ødelægger mit tøj, mit sengetøj og mine håndklæder og alt jeg forsøger at tørre.
Jeg kan ikke forstå at en tekniker kan se at den ikke stopper, men alligevel siger at der ikke er noget i vejen.
Og enten så svarer de ikke, og når de endelig svarer så skriver de at alt er normalt. De skriver også at de forstår min frustration og at jeg skal skrive en mail.
Jeg vil gerne have en tekniker der kan reparere maskinen, men de svarer at jeg selv skal betale, hvis han ikke finder et problem og det vil jeg ikke for det kunne han jo ikke sidste gang.
Jeg vil også gerne have at de henter deres maskine og giver mig alle mine penge tilbage + teknikerbesøg, men det vil de heller ikke.
Jeg vil kraftigt advare ALLE mod at handle med dette firma.

Es una lavadora que no recomiendo, no se puede ajustar la dosificación, da igual el detergente o el suavizarte que uses, coge lo que quiere y siempre es poco.
La ropa no sale bien, ni lavada ni perfumada. Y ya he probado más de 10 programas distintos. Todos igual de malos.

Don’t waste your time !!!
Ordered washing machine 23rd July then booked delivery and installation for 7th august. On 6th august I was informed my order would not be delivered the next day, so delivery re booked for 13th august.
No update on delivery the day before as expected called delivery company and was told they have not received my machine and to contact Hoover direct. This was very difficult as they do not want to speak to customers directly, they instead want you to contact them on whatsapp or fill out a contact form.
I just wanted to speak to someone who could help but this was not an option when you spend your money at Hoover, they never got in touch to say there was an issue with delivery and just leave you hanging. I have requested a refund and surprisingly curry’s can deliver a new machine tomorrow.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Cannot get hold of Hoover by phone at all! Had to complete an online form with the promise of contact within 24 hours, which did not happen. Cancelled my order in the end as got fed up of waiting for a call back, therefore I did not trust the process/company and ordered elsewhere.

My Hoover induction hob has been malfunctioning for the past 4 weeks. It will turn itself off or up to maximum heat, which has almost burn my kitchen down and certainly burnt my food if left for a few minutes unattended. Serious safety issue to my home. I logged this with hoover for repair in thier 'ten year warranty', 4 engineer visits later and it's still not fixed. I requested a call back from a manager but now 4 days later no call!!!!! It seems Hoover/ Candy just do not care AVOID HOOVER CANDY APPLIANCES
Was sold a used carpet shampooer
Was sold a used carpet shampooer. For a company that stands for cleanliness, more specific to clean carpets, I’m totally at a loss for how a used product was sold a second time. In addition to the used vacuum, like a fool I just took it out, loaded it up with solution and went to work. Only for the first several passes to leave remains all over carpets. I have now been in a new house for a month that I have never slept in. I cannot bring in or set up any upstairs furniture cause the carpets are disgusting. After reaching out I believe a total of 4 times maybe a 5 to n recoded calls, I was lucky to get a refund for product (still waiting on). After submitting photos of my damaged carpet, claims/ liability department sees no fault in matter and after weeks of not being in my very first home, that don’t feel as if anything further needs to be done. Think I asked for new carpets to be replaced. I just want clean carpets in the new house I purchased. Reporting to BBB. Bissel and shark is what I was after from jump and in a hurry picked up this product. What a colossal mistake!

I don’t recommend it , my washing machine broke in three years time and this is second one from hoover , when called them for parts replacement for free they dont give if i dont book an engineering job and that it will cost a lot so better to buy new washing machine but not from hoover anymore, two washing machine in 5 year broke !

Lavadora de carga superior que en 3 años las bisagras se rompen porque se pudren y la tapa ya no cierra.
Es una lavadora muy cara para que se rompa en 2, 3 y 4 años (porque ya he leído muchos comentarios con el mismo problema). Es una vergüenza, eso sí.NUNCA MÁS ESTA MARCA HOOVER.

A ce jour, voilà la deuxième casse des AUBES de brassage du tambour (la première eu lieu dans la première année).
Ces pièces en plastique manifestement sous dimensionnées par rapport à la capacité de la machine ne sont pas prises en charge dans le cadre de la garantie...
Dans la recherche de la pièce dans le site d'HOOVER, la machine ne semble pas connue... donc pas de pièces détachées
