La pero empresa/servicio tecnico/atencion al cliente de lavadoras... Nuestra lavadora en garantia empezó a dar error, se comunicó al vendedor...nos informó que seriamos atendidos por el sevicio técnico de hoover, el cual después de meses y meses y siguiendo dando el mismo error, se ponene en contacto con nosotros cuando sorprendentemente ya no estamos en garantia! Su solución, unos 200 euros...eso que solución es? Conclusión comprar una nueva lavadora, sin duda ninguna de esta marca. Mala calidad y mal servicio. VERGONZOSO!

Leaking water , suck machine wash ever!

This u a great size washing machine, but poorly made. I've had the Hoover H wash 500 for just over a year and totally regret it. I have had the plastic paddles replaced in September 2024 and they have now broken off again, these are really poorly made out and it's the same peace of plastic. That breaker off them. Would NOT recommend this washing machine to anyone

I've been trying to return my purchase for almost a month now. So far no method they suggested worked: all pick up points they suggested refused to take the parcel, and the home collection service just didn't arrive. They take their time answering the messages, too, had to send new requests a few times.
I think they're either deliberately making it impossible or their service is just amazingly bad.

Avoid by all means .. Tho it doesn't seem to matter to them. Their whole system is just wrong and I wonder how are they still in business .. something fishy here but anyways .. starting from an engineer who came for 30 seconds to tell us "What we already knew and said needs repair then leaving to say he'll be back next week . Of course he wasn't back and upon calling customer service to asking why has no one come while I worked from home that day for that thing..I got the worst customer service call ever .. and understood their ridiculous system that they send the spare parts to the engineer's home .. what kind of professionality is that? Then they basically said the parts got dispatched and will arrive shortly and they'll call .. few weeks later with no call..they sent an email saying that the parts are not available and they will offer us a new oven at a discounted price .. the only point here is that they don't guarantee that the oven will be installed .. so I might have an oven in a box that I didn't want but the spare parts aren't available and not have it installed or the old oven even taken away .. what kind of customer service is that? Only the worst.
Literally the worst customer service I encountered in my life. What kind of company doesn't have a central warehouse and what kind of ovens company doesn't install their ovens? obviously, Hoover; the worst.

This is a garbage product and even worse support. How do these companies stay in business? I bought a carpet cleaner in June of 2022, spent $200 on it. After about 2.5 years and 6 uses the top tank began leaking, not from a crack but from the valve that lets clean water from the tank into the machine.
I cannot find a new tank anywhere, there is no way to "fix" the valve, and Hoover told me to get bent. Used tanks cost over 1/4 the cost of the machine.

I bought a hoover H 500 washing machine December 2024. Constant loud banging noise in between rinsing. They said it was water hammer, engineer not really interested in fixing the problem. I am cutting my losses and getting rid of this rubbish for a superior brand.

Steer clear of Hoover and LookAgain/Freemans.
I bought a Hoover WASHER DRYER 8KG H3D 4852DE/1-80 from LookAgain/Freemans. -
For the few weeks that it worked the dryer was next to useless and the washer was not much better. It seems to be designed more for net zero than washing clothes. -
Ordered Freemans/LookAgain 28th August 2024 - delivered 2nd October 2024 in a filthy condition, FIVE WEEKS LATER.
It LASTED TEN WEEKS then broke down completely. LookAgain/Freemans refused to help because it had lasted more than 30 days. Hoover have so far spun it out with daft questions. So in total, I have had to wash by hand for three and a half months and still no help thanks to HOOVER and LookAgain/Freemans.

Compré una aspiradora de ácaros en abril el 2024, se me avería el motor estando de garantía (en julio de ese mismo año) y me dicen en septiembre que me envían otra. Estamos en febrero y sigo esperando. Hay que ir detrás de ellos y no te dan ni una solución, esto se va a la OCU pero vamos... fatal, nada recomendable.

Worse appliance and customer service ever. Bought my washing machine not even stopped 6 months ago. It's broke down due to manufacture fault. Not able to give me any information about repair day (it's been two weeks). Not able to fix front wall of the washing machine (damaged due to fault). They keep using word cosmetics damage even if it's visible from a distance. Do not recommend this company at all.

Nieuwe oplaadkabel voor steelstofzuiger (aankoop dec 2022) nodig en die is niet meer te verkrijgen .... Contact opgenomen met klantenservice maar ik word niet verdergeholpen, negeren nu zelfs mijn mails .....
Ik koop nooit nog iets van Hoover ...

Os cuento llevo un mes para que reparen mi lavadora y siguen sin dar con la solucion estando en garantia, he llamado Carrefour y me dicen que HOOVER debe mandar una carta de irreparabilidad, el servicio tecnico de Cadiz , SAT LA CALETA , me torean no responden , total esta en manos de la OCU , JAMAS COMPREN HOOVER!!!

Zeer slecht. Wasmachine na 2,5 jaar kapot. Uiteraard kort na de garantieperiode.

Bought Hoover H Dry 300 lite. Didn’t work from the start. The touch start button doesn’t work. Delivered yesterday and 2 calls to Currys has ended with no engineers available so waiting for a callback from their planner. Extremely disappointed and radiators covered in my laundry.

Compré una lavadora. Después de los 8 meses no centrifuga correctamente.
Casi tres semanas llamando al atención técnica de hoover y sin resultados. Apuntan caso y prometen qué técnico contactará con migo.
Al final me facilitan número de teléfono del técnico y les llamo yo.La asistencia técnica sin ver lavadora por teléfono explica que culpable soy yo y seguramente garantía no va repararla porqué no puedo lavar tres tuallas grandes a la vez que es sobrecarga y tendré qué pagarles.
No compréis esta marca.

Zelfde ervaring als andere klanten i.v.m. de 10j garantie. De website werkt niet en bij de klantendienst wordt je niet geholpen.

call center da far paura!! gente che ti risponde per risolvere un problema di connessione "non sono una maga", che si permette di insinuare che sei deficiente quando spieghi di aver fatto tutti i passaggi più volte, spiegando che non sei la prima scappata di casa e qualcosa di elettronica conosci, che non ci vuole un genio per dividere le linee, sono scioccata e imbarazzata per loro, purtroppo è un regalo altrimenti lo avrei restituito solo per il call center da schifo.

Servicio postventa lamentable.
Imposible comprar una batería nueva para un aspirador sin cable. No está en venta en ninguno de los sitios que indican en su web. En la opción de Amazon me anularon el pedido.
No responden al teléfono ni a los mensajes del contestador. Ante esta situación la opción es comprar un nuevos aspirador cuando el actual solo tiene 4 años

Pésimo servicio de cliente. 3 de diciembre contacto a Hoover para arreglar una lavadora que compramos en agosto. Estamos a 21 de enero y todavía estoy sin lavadora. 7 semanas sin lavadora una familia numerosa. Llamas y todos te pasan con otros departamentos y nadie soluciona nada. Nunca compréis esta marca.

No compren esta marca ,compre una lavadora autodosificadora con pérdida de agua desde el principio por el cajetín ,llevo meses con el problema ,lo peor de todo el servicio técnico ,mentirosos y inventan ,son pésimos ,no saben ni cómo funcionan las lavadoras,no solucionan nada
