Would not bother purchasing direct from Hoover…. Horrendous service. Delivered a faulty machine in March and I’m still waiting for a resolution. The CEO doesn’t respond or get involved, doubt he even looks at the emails sent to him and it’s automatically sent to a member of his staff. Would never buy from this company again due to their after service… or lack of it.
1star is too much for this appalling company!

Fraud company. Says parts warranty for 10 years after registration. Then when you call them, they say 1 year. Also don't have spare parts for washing machine I bought just over 12 months. Wants me to pay 160 £ for engineer visit to fix a simple hinge, which can be done by anyone. Surprised how they are allowed to do business in the UK.

Aspirateur a main peds. Envoyé en réparation car n'a jamais fonctionné. Une société qui me le renvoie un mois après et je l'allume rien et pas de rechargement possible. A fuir absolument

My washer came with a 10year free parts guarantee.
This turned out to be an absolute scam.
What they offer is 'free parts' but it cost £160 for them to come and see if they can fix it, if they can't you still get charged £80. I used a local repair service and it cost me £75. So you are actually getting nothing for free. it's £80 if they can't fix it and £160 if they can but it only cost £75 to fix anyway. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as a free benefit when it's actually dearer than any other qualified repair centre. I will not ever buy Hoover or Candy again. They subcontract this service and get a huge kick back.
Also, when I called the company that they authorise to scam us, they tried to pressure sell me an even more expensive option, is was laughable.

Washing machine broke, i called 15 times and they never send me someone. keep telling me that a technician will call me but no one ever did. i end up repairing my washing machine with youtube help... seriously kinda insane

I bought a Hoover wind tunnel in Dec 2024.

It never worked properly and now it doesn't work at all.
I bought it online on the Home Depot website.

I took the vacuum back in late March 2025 to Home Depot assuming they would do a refund or a credit certificate.
To my dismay they wouldn't do either.
They said it was past the 3 month deadline. They were rude and had zero customer service.

Theg told me to take it up with Hoover.
Hoover won't do anything either.
So I am basically handcuffed between two companies.
Now there's customer service for ya.
So I am stuck with a 300.00 vacuum which doesn't work.
I told Hoover I won't buy another Hoover product.
They dont care.
I even have a Home Depot credit card and they don't care.

No customer service anymore in the world

No one cares.........

Acheter il y a quelques semaines.
Je ne peux pas dire qu'il n'aspire pas.
L'inconvénient est que dès qu'il a servi 1 fois, il faut impérativement laver intégralement le bol!
La poussière bloque la puissance d'aspiration.
Pour une maison de 100m2,j'utilise tous les jours mon aspirateur, donc...
Il y a vraiment un soucis.
Je suis déçue de cette achat...

Terrible customer care . My vacuum cleaner I bought last year 10 months ago . Battery stop charging and then customer care arranged pick up . I have been waiting for 8 hrs and no one here to pick up. They give time frame from 8 am to 5 pm . Can you imagine I stuck home for 8 hrs !!
No one should buy it .

Terrible company. Ordered new machine and the buttons do not work. Tried for over a week to contact hoover to collect the machine with no response

Pongo una porque no puedo poner cero ,me compré una lavadora hace 20 días se le a roto el motor me mandan un técnico el técnico dice k es mejor una nueva k no compensa arreglarla y hoover se niega a dar el si por lo que después de un montón de días sin lavadora y la tienda Leclerc en disputa con ellos para que den el si y me puedan dar otra ya que esa venía defectuosa,Me an dicho hoy que no, que me cambian el motor porque hoover se niega una vergüenza la verdad una lavadora de 20 días defectuosa y que no quieran cambiarla

Aspiradora Hoover HF1. En menos de 1 año totalmente estropeada. El Corte Inglés nos ha enviado otra nueva por garantía. No recomiendo esta marca de baja calidad.

La peor marca del mercado con diferencia. Dos cajones de un refrigerador rotos ya sin apenas uso. Por supuesto, los 10 años de garantía son pura propaganda. Si aún estas a tiempo, búscate cualquier otra marca. Os recuerdo que es del grupo Candy, que también evitaré en el futuro

THEIR WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND THEY LIE!!!

I bought a shampooer less than two years ago used it maybe five times it stopped working so I filled a warranty claim, and this is the email I received.

I am sorry your unit is not dispensing. Unfortunately, we will not be able to approve your Warranty claim since you used Great Value Cleaning Solution in your unit. Per the owner's manual only, Hoover solution is to be used in the unit. The use of any other solution besides Hoover's solution voids the warranty. Our Engineers have tested our units using our brand solution and know it works in our units. When you use any other brand, it can cause damage to the unit.

Nothing in the user manual or on their website says that I cannot use any other brand or it will void the warranty. It clearly states we recommend using Hoover brand.

I just got off the phone with a representative and he told me that I was right that there’s nothing stating that so my warranty should still be good. Now I’m out of a carpet shampooer and money!!!!

Ni se os ocurra comprar nada de esta marca. El servicio técnico no vale para nada, un aspirador que está en garantía y no funciona ya no les vale el ticket de compra , si quieres que lo arreglen tienes que llamar a un teléfono para que te den un numero de autorización para después ir a la tienda de repaacion. Mi aspirador no tiene la pegatina del número de serie aunque les doy otros números que trae el papel de la garantía , el ticket de la compra y el modelo y nada les vale. 350 euros y dura dos años teniendo cinco de garantía. Son unos jetas

Ongoing issues waited weeks for a response made multiple phone calls but they're unable to communicate between departments meaning customer's need to send various emails. I was contacted after my last review by the social media team and thought we were getting somewhere but still no luck.

Tenemos un pequeño aspirador de mano, marca Hoover, lo hemos usado en contadas ocasiones y la batería dura 2 minutos después de una carga. Producto caro para lo que dura la batería, que por supuesto no tiene recambio. "Mundo sostenible y productos eco-friendly" dicen en su web. Empresas como estas nos llevan al desastre ambiental y planetario. Espero asistir a su quiebra.

Teniendo una lavadora hoover en garantía aún, se me avería por segunda vez. Me informo en atención al consumidor y en la propia central de hoover cuando pedí cita, de que estando en garantía no hay que pagar nada por la reparación.
Viene el técnico y después de mirar la lavadora y varias llamadas a sus superiores para que le informaran de cómo arreglarla, consigue dar con la avería. Después a la hora de darme el albarán me dice que tengo que pagar cincuenta y ocho euros y pico "en metalico" (al igual que me dijeron en la primera avería la cual se produjo a los 15 días y segunda puesta de la lavadora en marcha y pedir que especificarán en el albarán que el concepto del cobro era por desplazamiento como me decían para denunciar y que no quisieron ponerlo por lo que no me cobraron.) Como no tengo dinero en metálico, no puedo pagarle(YA QUE NO HABIA NECESIDAD DE TENER DINERO EN CASA SEGUN ME INFORMARON CON ANTERIORIDAD). Por lo que vuelve a llamar y le dicen que me comunique que o pago en metálico la factura o me anulan la garantía de la lavadora que aún le queda. ME QUITA EL ALBARAN DE LAS MANOS QUE YA ME HABIA DADO Y QUE YO FIRME CON NO CONFORME, por lo que no tengo nada que acredite ni que estuvieron y se va de malas maneras el técnico.
ME PARECE VERGONZOSO Y DE TENER UNA CARA DURA IMPRESIONANTE. DE SER UNOS AUTENTICOS LADRONES DE GUANTE BLANCO.

Horrible customer service.
Am trying for the last 3 month to solve my issue which is replacing my vacuum hoover powerone cordless because suction system not working and i provided them with videos, still they keep asking more videos for the same issue. Frustrating to deal with them or purchase any hoover product.
By the way, the product brand new and i just used it twice.
