No recomiendo absolutamente para nada esta marca. Me compré una lavadora hace justamente 1 año y 3 meses, la primera me llegó rota, me la cambiaron, la segunda hace ya un tiempo no va como debería de ir, ahora directamente la puerta de la lavadora se ha ido volando, osea se ha salido. La solución de ellos es que no me entra esto en la garantía y que pague la puerta... cuando llevo un año con ella... Vamos esta marca que por cierto es se candy, no vale para nada. No les compréis nada.

I bought a Hoover Cordless Vacuum…
I bought a Hoover Cordless Vacuum Cleaner With Anti Hair Wrap, Blue - HF4 Hydro Pet in March. As it did not come with spare filters I went online at Hoover located the spare filters I needed and ordered. The confirmation said that there was a 4 week delivery?? OK, I went with it on the grounds that a new filter should have a serviceable life on months but one never knows with such things, hence a backup, just in case. To date, 6 weeks later I have received nothing, no notifications of any sort on delivery. This whole situation is very hard to understand as this is a current model for which, it would be expected, that fast moving parts such as filters would, no should, be readily available. This situation makes me uneasy about Hoover and their products because if a simple straight forward filter is so difficult to supply what would happen if there was a mechanical/electrical failure. I'm beginning to very much regret buying the Hoover which I initially recommenced to friends. That situation has now being reversed. I can not in all honesty recommended buying a Hoover to friends and family as I do not want to be in a situation where I was the person who recommemd something that has the potential to cause unnecessary stress.

Paid for a repair to a four year old dryer four months ago. Engineer took 6 weeks to arrive. Didn't have part. Hoover cannot tell me when the part will arrive. Refused to honour warranty which states parts will be replaced within 28 days. Instead offered the option of purchasing a new machine; how is that an option and why on earth would I want to pay for another unreliable machine from a company that cannot make repairs which doesn't honour warranties?! Refused to take a complaint, refused to let me speak with any decision maker. Now taking to small claims court.

Avoid buying Hoover appliances
Had Hoover washer / dryer for 7 months. Has broken down twice. First time engineer was able to fix. Second time rubber tore badly and ripped up a blanket. We told Hoover customer service over phone what the problem was and to show up with replacement rubber. Had to wait a week for engineer. Engineer turns up an hour late, says it needs a new rubber but he has been on leave and hasn’t got one in his truck. Checks stock - no spares in the UK. Admits we aren’t the only customers facing the same problem 😂 Diabolical customer service over phone and now it’s a 28 day wait for another engineer to repair. We will never buy another Hoover appliance. We’re now shopping for another brand. Avoid at all costs.

Bij het eerste bezoek zei de technieker dat dit niet kon hersteld worden en ik een nieuwe machine ging krijgen. 5 maand later kwamen ze dan plots beide onderdelen vervangen, die allebei na 4 weken terug afgebroken waren...en dan is er ineens geen garantie meer op deze onderdelen. Stay away from Hoover fridge freezer. Broke down after a month of use. Now freezer is leaking toxic chemicals. They do offer repair but has been two weeks without a working fridge and they don't seem to take it seriously, claiming they don't release faulty products to the market when they clearly do.
Terrible Customer Service
We bought a Hoover H-Wash&Dry 300 Lite (HBDS495D1ACE/-80) in February 2024, and have had persistent issues with the fabric conditioner drawer filling with water after every wash. Despite following all the online instructions, removing and cleaning the drawer, checking for blockages, running a service cycle, nothing has resolved the issue. There's no visible buildup or obstruction, and yet the problem persists.
What’s worse is the dreadful customer service. After only 14 months, the washer/dryer is malfunctioning and I attempted to contact Hoover by phone. I was forced to listen to several minutes of unnecessary information, only for the line to go dead just as I was about to be connected to someone.
Trying WhatsApp was equally frustrating. I felt like I was interacting with a bot that prioritised marketing preferences and titles over actual support. Even after explaining my issue multiple times, I received responses that were completely irrelevant.
Deeply disappointing experience all round, for both the product and the customer support. I expected far better.

Was stinkt bij drogen al vd eerste keer
Ik heb een was droogcombinatie. De was stinkt in de droger al van de eerste keer. Geen aanrader. Ik reinig regelmatig en ontkalk ook regelmatig. Ook de wifi functie werkt niet. De uitleg die ik vd klantendienst heb gekregen is chinees voor mij. Nee, na deze gewoon terug 2 machines.

We purchased a hoover vacuum cleaner just over a year ago, we noticed at the wire had split at the neck of the hoover where it goes into the hoover, we had kept our receipt and we rang hoover customer services, we were 1 week outside the manufacturing guarantee and they said they carnt help so now I'm going to to purchase another vacuum cleaner and it definitely won't be buying a hoover product. Model 991LA2211_82 avoid if you want a vacuum cleaner long than a year.
