Scammers keep a watch for new direct…
Scammers keep a watch for new direct debits appearing. Cancelled October 2025 only to keep having new direct debits added without authority. Luckily noticed and bank cancelled DD (3 times now) and refunded me but company needs some one to look into it. If there was zero stars they would of got that as 1 star to high. Customer service pleasant and cancelled orders I did not authorise but sorry the company is trying to steal and that's not good enough.
MY BANK CANCELLED UNUTHORISED PAYMENTS FOR THE 2ND TIME THIS YEAR 2026. I AM WAITING A REPLY ASKING WHEN THIS ACCOUNT AND HOW IT WAS STARTED IE. TELEPHONE CALL, DATES ETC...STILL WAITING BUT THE CLOCK IS TICKING AS YOU HAVE A FEW DAYS LEFT. ADVISED BY TRADING STANDARDS

Homesheild are not to be trusted
They cold called and we're very pushy 8 already had washing machine cover with them and the wanted me to take fridge freezer cover I didn't want to yet they used my info and set up a direct debit I then canceled it with my bank and they took a visa payment out don't trust them customer service is awful staff are rude and off when you call to get help

Speedy resolution to problem
I called the company regarding a new direct debit on my account that had been running for a few months and it transpired that I had taken out a new appliance policy during a phone call. When I disputed this and said that I thought I was just renewing my existing policy, the matter was quickly resolved and a refund agreed.

Taking 3 lots of DD for plans I didn’t even know I had I have never agreed to any of them I rang them girl offered to cancel them and not charge me an admin fee be careful when buying any appliance they will circle like sharks
