Experiencia decepcionante con el servicio de entrega de Homecenter
Lamentablemente, me veo en la necesidad de compartir una experiencia negativa que tuve recientemente con Homecenter. El pasado 29 de marzo realicé un pedido con la promesa de que sería entregado en mi domicilio al día siguiente. Sin embargo, hoy es 02 de abril y aún no he recibido mi pedido. Ante la ausencia de mi pedido, decidí contactar al servicio al cliente, donde me informaron que mi ticket sería tratado con prioridad y que debía permanecer atento a mi celular y correo electrónico para recibir actualizaciones. Desafortunadamente, no he recibido ninguna llamada ni correo electrónico con información sobre mi pedido.
La situación se torna aún más frustrante dado que, debido a la urgencia de los productos que necesitaba, me veo obligado a desplazarme personalmente al almacén para recoger mi pedido. Esta situación no solo ha generado inconvenientes en mis planes y compromisos sino que también ha desvirtuado la conveniencia y la confianza que esperaba al optar por un servicio de entrega a domicilio.
Entiendo que imprevistos pueden ocurrir, pero la falta de comunicación efectiva y la necesidad de tener que gestionar personalmente la recogida de un pedido que se suponía sería entregado a domicilio es inaceptable. Esperaba más de una empresa con la reputación de Homecenter, y es desalentador enfrentarse a estos problemas, especialmente cuando dependes de la puntualidad y la eficiencia del servicio prometido.
Espero que este feedback sirva para que Homecenter revise y mejore sus procesos de entrega y comunicación con el cliente. La satisfacción del cliente debe ser una prioridad, y, en esta ocasión, definitivamente no se cumplió con este principio.

Is there anyway we can select less than one star 🌟 this company obviously has no pride. We ordered a piece of furniture online. DONT DO IT! They don't have delivery. They may be liying or they just don't care. No call to announce arrival they just say they came by but no evidence. Were home all day (4 days now) , wife waited out front all day today. No attempted delivery as they had promised. This is a typical HC managed issue. Going to find another vendor! Don't order from their online. Delivery completed after 2 weeks of this post. It was a nightmare w/o simple coordination. We will avoid ordering from this company online in the future!
Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I chose express delivery, and paid 250AED extra for that. They were 2 hours late, but NO ONE called me, and I could not get hold of anyone who could provide me with information regarding the delivery.
When they arrive, there's a part missing! So they have to get back the next day. So I have to waste another day waiting. When I call the service center afterward regarding this issue, they tell me someone would call me up and talk to me. Been calling back to them 4 times, but still no call back!
WORST DELIVERY EVER! - Do Not Order
Me and my wife visited Homecentre in the Mall of the Emirates. We spent over AED 10,000 on Furniture and Household items.
Within this order, we were told we had to spend over AED 1,000 on Household items in order for it to be included with the Furniture delivery, which we did. We asked for a delivery date of March 18th and made plans (such as a day off work, arranging Move In permits and access cards) for all the items to be delivered. We chose a time slot of 12:30pm - 3:30pm as our community doesn’t allow delivery after 5pm.
Two days later, we went to Homecenter again and bought a bed, under the guarantee that it could be added to the delivery of the Furniture items we’d already purchased. The staff member said the system wouldn’t let him put March 18th and that he’d put it as March 21st on the system and then manually override it to March 18th so that all our furniture would come together.
On March 16th, we were told that the other bed was still on the system for delivery on the 21st, rather than the 18th, which had been guaranteed by 2 members of staff and was the only reason we were happy to proceed with the order.
After countless calls back and forth, we were promised the issue would be resolved. Then on the 18th, we travel all the way to our new villa waiting for delivery. We receive just one bed rather than two beds. Then we realise they also haven’t delivered our Household items and only the Furniture.
Staff are completely unhelpful, unprofessional and, quite frankly, extremely dishonest. We were missold the service and were lied to about delivery dates. I’d strongly advise against shopping here!
La peor experiencia en compra en línea
Compré un clóset con instalación. Se supone que llegaba de una para otro, pues no, se retrasó el envío. Llega el closet y nisiquiera lo suben, lo dejan en portería, diciendo que la subida e instalada no la hacen ellos.
Luego agendo la instalación por donde me piden hacerlo (no lo hacen ellos mismos) me quedan mal, sin ninguna razón aparente, llamo y me piden reagendar, lo hago, y así llevo 3 veces que no han llegado y no dan razón.
Pido que me devuelvan el dinero de la instalación, y me responden que en ese número solo agendan instalaciones. Me dan otro número de teléfono, luego de 10 minutos de preguntas con una contestadora automática, me dejan en espera por 10 minutos más y finalmente cuelgan. Esto sucede 4 veces más. El nivel de negligencia, desinterés por el cliente, y falta de seriedad de esta empresa es increíble. La peor experiencia de compra en línea posible la dan Sodimac / Homecenter. Mediocridad en su máxima expresión.

shocking!!!!! I ordered furniture and was told it would be delivered at 730pm. i then got told it would be 930pm. I finish at 3pm and waited until 10.30pm for the delivery that never arrived. I spoke to 5 people in customer service who all confirmed it would be delivered. feel very let down and stupid waiting hours for no delivery!!!!
Low quality product
I purchased a Faris 6-door wardrobe, which arrived with a damaged left side panel. After filing complaints, they replaced the panel. However, during installation, the delivery team damaged the right side panel due to the product's fragility. The wardrobe emits a potent chemical odor, which is harmful to my family. I've decided to replace it with a different model and have asked the customer care team for a discount, but my request was ignored.

Compré una lavadora samsung y una nevera Mabe directamente en la tienda Home center de Pereira. Pagué de contado mas de tres miliones y medio. Tuve que esperar 8 dias para que me entregan mi pedido. I paid 1.2 lakhs on my table back in August to one center in Hyderabad inorbit mall explaining I live abroad. They deliver us the product during October. We have been making the complaint since then that we have received the faulty goods. We had 3 people in total for inspection and 3 people cancelling the appointment due to no response but we recieved no contact. Out of the 2 people who can 2 people raised it as faulty and 1 person raised it as used and broken and the warehouse team and the staff and the inorbit mall along with the managers and staff have not only been rude but also very manipulative and making us chase here Nd there and also saying we will only replace the chairs when they know if a marble is at fault it is not any easy to move and dispose. When they are aware of the faults and the crack the it clearly that is clearly visible to all but this one inspector who came. I am really doubting the staff of the home centre and the company. I will certainly raise this issue with the consumer court and for blaming a customer ho has been complaining constantly regarding the issue and being told its customers misuse, it it a hard marble cannot be broken or checked just liked that if it's thought logically jus with few dishes even if used, it looks like the company is making me question if the sold us a duplicate marble and that that we don't live in India so it ok to sell and they would not realise. They want to exchange the chairs no prob but not the major product. It really looks like a laziness and paying a blame game. I'm asking if they cannot replace it the provide us with a full refund. I get told we will call we will look into this and no one calls till we chase, and they keep raising new issues and cases for the same problem. I'm fedup of these people we trusted them cause of our long term relationship and no one would like to have an old/ fake/ broken pieces of equipment in a newly built home. The issue has been going on since October and yet has not been resolved we spent lakhs of rupees to travel from UK to hyd and from guntur to Hyderabad requesting our relatives to come for the exchange and guess what they keep changing the date. I have received a dining table with 4 chairs on Sunday,4th Feb..the person who came for installation couldn't fix the chairs properly.. the screws were not fitted properly.. so for this we registered a complaint on Monday 5th feb . After that we received a message from the customer care that the installation person will come today 7th feb. But to my disappointment the person didnt turn out. So i again called the customer service to know the reason, but the female executive Meera was so rude n uninterested in talking by just giving lame excuses . This is totally unacceptable . I WARN people to not order or buy anything from Homecentre .. PATHETIC SERVICE & PATHETIC EXECUTIVES.

Seeking resolution, I approached Homecentre's physical store, only to be told that in-store personnel couldn't assist with my issue. Additionally, the online chat feature, which should have been a convenient alternative, proved to be dysfunctional. This lack of accessible customer service channels added layers of complexity to what should have been a straightforward process.
Conflicting Information from Call Centre:
The breakthrough came when I finally connected with their call centre, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, they claimed no record of my complaint, only to later acknowledge its existence. The confusion didn't end there; I was told Homecentre hadn't contacted me, and subsequently, they couldn’t do anything about my complaint. This contradictory information was not only perplexing but also indicative of a disorganized customer service system.
Lack of Accountability and Resolution:
When I attempted to escalate the matter by filing a complaint about the lack of communication, I was bluntly informed that no one would contact me, and any further inquiries would be met with the same response. This dismissive attitude underscores a serious issue with Homecentre's customer service ethos.
Product Quality Concerns:
Beyond the service issues, it's important to note the product quality. My experience with their home products, particularly bedding, has been disappointing. The durability is questionable, as the bedding did not withstand even a single wash cycle. Moreover, the 14-day policy for support is inadequate, especially when coupled with their unresponsive communication channels.
Final Thoughts:
This experience has been eye-opening. Homecentre’s lack of effective communication and resolution mechanisms, combined with poor product quality, is alarming. Prospective customers should be aware of these potential issues. It's not just about the products you buy, but also the post-purchase support you expect to receive. In this case, Homecentre has significantly missed the mark.

Que porquería. ni online ni en la tienda. fui el día 19 pague casi 700.000 por unos garda escobas porque lo llevaban al día siguiente supuesta mente en Cali al valle del Lili. porque los trabajadores necesitaban terminar y justo ayer domingo cuando no habían trabajadores. y había dejado la nota el horario que podían entregar. los dejaron tirados en la portería y tuvo que ir uno de los trabajadores a recogerlos y entrarlos pero este pedido una porquería dañados quebrados y rayados. los 32 guarda escobas.

A Nightmare Experience with HomeCentre India
I recently had the misfortune of purchasing furniture from HomeCentre India, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. I purchased BIANCA NEST OF TABLE - GOLD UNIT but due to improper installation by the HomeCentre team, the product got damaged which was a manufacturing defect. After raising a complaint I received disappointing customer service from the HomeCentre team saying after inspection and taking some random pictures they concluded that the damage was done by the customers which was a lame and pathetic excuse. They directly closed my ticket without my consent.
In conclusion, my experience with HomeCentre India has been a colossal disappointment. The combination of poor product quality, lackluster customer service, makes me strongly advise anyone considering purchasing furniture from HomeCentre to think twice.

It's been two weeks and I haven't received the delivery or refund. I have been chasing customer service through emails and calls. They have the most dishonest and unprofessional team. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received any response from the Home Centre.
