AlQasimiah, Sharjah. Extremely bad service. We have been waiting since 1pm for our furniture to arrive and now its past 7:30pm they still did not deliver it. Our delivery slot time was from 1pm to 4pm. The driver calls us early in the morning around 9am and says he is coming within an hour or he will come in the evening at 6pm. We told him to come on our selected slot time. At 1:30pm we called their help centre Mr. Masaad (call centre agent) assured us the furniture will be delivered within the slot time before 4pm. At around 5pm we get a call from them informing us the driver will come at 6pm. We had no choice but to wait. Then again past 6pm we called to check and complain, to that they replied to us “why are you worrying we will get it deliverd by today”. So no apologize for the delay on their part, no accountability nothing. And after contacting the driver, he tried to blame us for the delay, that he was coming in the morning but we said no, he did inform us thar he will deliver by 6pm. But still he did not deliver even at 6pm. And now they are saying he is stuck in traffic and the driver’s phone is off. So we are canceling our order.

Totally misleading service. They are cheating customers by putting up misleading pictures and including additional details in small letters. Ordered a dining table set and when it came only the table was there. The pics even had the fabric of the chairs as reference. Called them back and they say its not possible to replace . Told them that I can return the product within 14 days, says as per T&C, and then they say they cannot take back furniture assembled. How am I as a customer, supposed to know whether this product wud be assembled at home or otherwise. I have escalated to a manager who never calls. the staff keep saying manager will call who never calls. Either i need a complete refund or you can replace the product for me and I can order something from Homecentre even at a higher cost, but a product that suits my requirement and not something sold to me misleading.The agents are not helpful and a manager who is never there. Never buy anything online from Homecentre

Very poor quality
I bought dining chairs, the skin started to tear up after 3 months, and when I complained about that, they said that we cannot help you, despite I have one year warranty!!!!
I advise all customer to think hundred times before you buy something from Home Center.

I had bought a sofa set worth Rs.2 lakhs in 2021 December. Within six months of purchase, the fabric of the headrest part of the sofa began to move. It eventually became completely tore. I bought this from home centre in bangalore Phoenix mall. When I went to the store and spoke, the store manager told me to speak to a fabric section handler called Satish. He said it is still under warranty & he will email to the concern department etc. Later I realised the fact that it was the store people tow until the warranty period was over.

When I called the customer care, I got to know that there is nothing they can do about it. The reply was no to the question of whether I could pay a reduced amount of cash and help in any way. When we went there to register a complaint, a customer who came to buy furniture sat on a chair and saw that it broke and fell down and sprained his leg. Please no one buy from home center specially phoenix market city bangalore. Lately, I am releasing that even if I had gone to a normal shop and made a purchase of 20 thousand rupees, I would have got better quality and service than this. This review is to prevent others not to fall in their scam and whatever happened to us should not happen to anyone else again.

realice una compra por internet el día 30 de noviembre con un plazo de entrega de 4 días y han pasado 7 días y no llega, llamo a la atención al cliente y me dice que una señorita me devolverá la llamada y han pasado 3 días y no me dan razón de mi pedido.
realmente decepcionada y no recomiendo realizar compras

Home center delivery system is the worst I have ever dealt with in UAE , they never deliver on time and they reschedule without speak to you and they come at very late hours so the security will not allow them in

If there was negative stars I would give them that .
Total scam
I returned something , they picked it up
But never updated in the system and instead sent me an email that you have cancelled return
So they took the product which was anyways trash and also took money
Never buy anything from there online store

Exceptionally BAD products and services. My order was delivered damaged and looks NOTHING like the picture on their website. Their phone number doesn’t work! Total scam. My last time ever using this company.

Es la primera vez que me atienden tan bien,en el Homecenter de ñuble Maritza me ofreció apoyo y realmente me sirvió muchísimo.ojala contraten más personas como ella.

Be very careful with the product(delta mango wood stool). I almost broke my hip. It's a bad design stool and the wood broke.they could have mentioned the weight limit or made better quality wood or design...rarely used and absolutely new one and it broke and complaint raised was promptly followed and inspected but was told that it's not a manufacture issue..wondering whose issue is it then?

They have a very bad installation team they are unprofessional also the quality of their outdoor seat sets are very bad the get broken from the first use literally. Even toys don’t get damaged by the first use. I pay $465 without the shipping fee I really disappointed

Home centre store in DLF mall Noida my experience in this store is worst.
1. No smile on the face and manner of the sales representative in this outlet.
2. Behaviour in billing counter is worst.
3. They will keep you waited for hours, I request homecenter to improve this behaviour

Worst customer service ever! Rude and obnoxious! Word of advice stay away from online purchases!

These clowns will only ship broken orders. Even if some parts of your order is missing, consider your money gone to a beggar. You will never get a refund. Their customer care is the laziest good for nothing in this world.

El servicio es pésimo y engañan a la gente, pague un panel de tv y un soporte de tv adicional mente cancele el servicio de instalación que el mismo almacén ofreció y no ha sido posible porque supuestamente quedo mal facturado con al agravante que exigen hasta plano de construcción del apartamento para instalar un simple panel de tv

Bought dining chair set few months ago. Within months, one of the chair's leg was broken suddenly due to poor quality. Filed replacement complaint and it is been 2 months, no replacement provided despite of several follow ups. They cite out of stock as a reason but do not provide accurate date or give follow up call. Extremely pathetic and rude behavior from some of their staff as if it is my fault.

I am very upset I did not accept this from home center begumpet endless trouble to deliver and 3 days now no fixing done of bed no timing I had requested on day one that the fixing should be done after 3 pm again and again they cal and tell me we are coming in the morning very sad never ever wil we purchase anything from home center again very very dissapointed every thing is a flop I should say beware of home center

Horrible, purchased a single cot six months back and it has got damaged,it's now 20 days and no response from home centre Alwarpet branch,One Mr Nawaz has taken up this problem yesterday, hope he saves you from disgrace, Thanking you G Subramanian

Very worst customer service. I have raised a return of the product as I bought it wrongly. From the pick up team they have not come to house to collect the product. They kept on saying I was not reachable or any other reason and finally I got the product returned. It is almost 3 months I have not received my refund yet. Such a worst service
