I bought two bedrooms from Home Center in KSA, and I am happy with the whole experience. There is a good balance between the price and the quality of furniture.

Realice la compra de un lavamanos el cual llegó incompleto. La respuesta fue que no es posible responder a la solicitud por lo que el producto esta fuera de linea.

Osea practicamente cometen el error y el cliente es que el pierde no dan ninguna garantia ni obtienen consecuencia.
Pesimo servicio generando mala credibilidad y poca confianza para próximas compras.

Realicé una compra el 19 de octubre de 2024 de una mesa laptop, pagamos envio express con recargo adicional, la mesa llegó en el tiempo estimado, pero en mal estado, rota, nos tratamos de comunicar y no nos dieron una respuesta asertiva, nos dijeron que enviaramos fotografías y lo hicimos en la menor brevedad posible, crearon un caso y alos pocos días nos llegó un correo de que había sido cerrado pero en ningún momento nos respondieron el correo ni se comunicaron via telefónica ni via WhatsApp donde nos hicieron reenviar la información. Ha pasado casi una semana y me comunico de nuevo y dicen que nosotros no contestamos la llamada y por eso se cerró y que ahora se debe reabrir el caso. Es decir debemos seguir esperando un producto por el que nos cobraron un envío express de 12000 pesos adicionales y que no hemos podido utilizar

Worst experience ever! I bought a few items online and paid the express delivery fee. The delivery window was 9-3pm and they called me at 4.45 saying that they'll arrive in 15m. They arrived at 5.15 while the building would not allow furniture delivery. They just left the items to assemble them another day. I've been calling for 3 days now, mutiple times every day and each time they give me a different time window. It's been 3 days already and I'm still waiting

fui a comprar 3 puertas de seguridad para un proyecto el 21 de Octubre del 2024 y no hubo poder humano para que me atendieran ... No había casi personal y los que habían estaban ocupados chateando en el celular...que servicio tan malo, comprar en HOMCENTER es una Pesadilla ... Ojalá les pusieran competencia.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I very rarely leave reviews but my experience has been so ridiculously awful, I feel compelled to warn people about this garbage company.

Firstly the delivery windows don’t matter, paying extra for express means literally nothing. The delivery crew is not professional, leaving a mess, not completing assembly, asking for tips all throughout doing a shoddy job. They have delivered faulty goods on multiple occasions to me and I have spent 2 months on the phone going back and forth with them trying to get a refund for an item that was defective the day it arrived, and I complained about it the day it arrived.

You spend 10minutes on a call with someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about who says they are waiting for a response from their own team on the status for a refund or return. I have spoken to a dozen people and every single one has been incompetent and useless. The quality of products is awful, I would warn against any big purchases, don’t order anything that isn’t a collect in store otherwise you will receive something that is damaged or been poorly wrapped and stuffed in a dirty truck for weeks.

I paid extra 250 for an express delivery that is a joke after one week my items are still not delivered, their customer services is the worst and totally useless. You are lucky if you actually receive your items and receive a refund. No one replies, no one at the delivery company talks English or actually cares about the date and time that they give you. You can end up waiting a full week sitting and waiting for them without receiving your items. DONT SHOP ONLINE AT THIS STORE.

Baddest company ever!! So you didn’t touch it or see it live with your eyes so you ordered online zo if it looks different from the picture and you want just only change because it looks different from the picture. They don’t return or change it waaauwwww they are very rude and the service is tooo bad. They lost now a custumber .

Imposible finalizar compra ni con la app ni en internet... sitio lleno de bugs

Compre una carpa q no resistió ni 1 aguacero, pésima calidad de materiales y tras de el echo no responden por garantía.

I had worst experience with home centre, first of all noone should buy any home centre products through online, first of all they are providing low quality goods and if we try to return the item they will not come to pick the same and try to extend till 14th day leaving us in trouble, worst worst experience ever,

Compré un filtro de agua del chef master en homecenter, dice que debe contener 14 litros... ¡mentira! En la parte inferior donde está el agua purificada hay unos 5 litros de espacio y en la parte superior unos 3 litros....la entrega también fue muy mala, en lugar de los 3 días que prometes, tardaron más de 2 semanas. Entonces... manténgase alejado de homcenter.

Empresa que yiene excelentes promociones, no he experimentado compras en red.

Pesimo servicio de instalaciones, me han re agendado 3 veces y no me cumplen, tengo un panel para tv en caja, he llamado, he enviado quejas y la linea me dicen todas la veces q el técnico tuvo un inconveniente y no pudo realizar la instalación. Realmente no los recomiendo ya que al momento de la compra prometen de todo pero para cumplir son pésimos

I had a very bad experience twice, which means this is common on home center and that is what is read in the comments here too.
I placed an order and set delivery for today from 10 to 2Pm. 1 PM still nothing, i called their call center,sir your delivery is scheduled three days later, ok, then who changed the delivery date, i still see it scheduled for today, their answer was always do you want sir to reschedule 😔, no i want you just to know who change it and why. I spare you with other details, but please just run away from them, ordered in same period from other competitors, they were in time.
So thank you HomeCenter, but this is the last time i will biy from you.

Compré dos bibliotecas, pagué el armado de ellas y desde que me las trajeron he escrito para que vengan a armarla ya que pagué mucho por eso, pero nadie me responde, escribo y me dejan en visto y se supone que si compro un articulo es porque lo necesito, no es para que me lo dejen en una caja sin armar en la sala de mi casa, por favor que debo hacer para que me reembolso el pago del armado y espero que por éste lado me respondan

Very poor customer service. Took a sofa set from home centre and when it got delivered it had a very bad stink. First I thought it could be because of packing so i waited for a day for it to go!! But now its three days and the stink is not gone. When I complained about it they just registered the complaint but no action is taken in this regard!!! Pathetic after sales customer service!!

I ordered through the online store and requested for a return before the order arrived they refused to return it and kept me waiting on the line for 10 minutes with no answer (keeping in mind its written no return at the end of the very long description).
