ordered on the 7/5/26 its now the 21/05/26and I've had no reply email or other wise tried to phone them no reply
if this is not sorted out in the next couple of days I'm going to get bank involved to get my money bac. looking at the reviews about this company i think they may be fake ? don't buy from this company

Had to sadly return a pair of excellent shoes and rang Hollands who were extremely helpful. Said they would send me a returns label within five minutes. It came via email in two minutes. Fantastic customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you

I had been looking for a ladies skeet vest that fit me. I am a size 8/10 and most just stock skeet vest for just men. It was lovely to see a selection of ladies skeet vests. I love my Seeland skeet vest and was please to see XS and Small. Ordering online was simple. I wanted to added to my order and the telephone customer helpline was really helpful and so was the online help when I checked that my order would arrive before I went away. I will definitely look at this company again when I want country wear.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size for a pair of boots and only realised when waiting for delivery todayand the gift was for a birthday gift. I contacted the company (Abe), the call was answered quickly and the issue sorted immediately. Abe sent new boots, express delivery (free of charge) for tomorrow and also a free return slip to return incorrect size. This level of customer service is excellent and is unusual these days. I highly recommend this company

Offering a great range of clothing, and after sales service. I contacted them when I spotted an error in my delivery address and they could not have been more helpful in correcting it for me.

Now, 19th May, still awaiting delivery of the ordered item. Excellent Sales Service, but not so in providing item purchased.

First class customer service in helping me to return a coat and reorder in a different size. The coat itself is excellent and feels like very good quality for the price. Abe was super efficient and an exemplar of great customer care.
