The Lady i spoke to about my question could not be more helpful,patient and professional.
I have brought wellingtons from Hollands country clothing before and always had a 5star service from them.
Top team ,top company.

I ordered an Equidry Smock from Hollands Country Clothing. I ordered from them as they were the only stockist that did express delivery. What they did not state is they do not hold stock on their items so had to order it from the supplier and this has taken a week and then it will be shipped. They do not state this anywhere on the comms and also if you research their delivery times so unfortunately what was going to be a Birthday present I still have not received it

The scheduled dispatch date passed with no contact from the supplier. Chased it up and received a response straight away saying they would look into it but didn't receive a further update until I chased them again. They were quick responding saying there had been a delay from manufacturer etc.

I seems they don't hold stock in and just get it when ordered slowing down delivery but this also causes problems.

They do seem cheap but for a few pounds more, chose a company that list stock levels or only advertised stock they have in.

Superb product quality and genuinely exceptional customer service. The rare thing of an internet seller with a telephone number for customer service that gets answered immediately and the easiest size exchange I've ever done. I'm saving this site for future purchases!

My friend and I went purposely to look at Ariat Cowboy boots. We had to almost force our way into the shop through a group of austere people drinking from their glasses. Not one item that we picked up to look at was priced. An assistant took 3 items to obtain the prices, came back & relayed the information to us. We continued around the shop, no items we looked at were priced.
We left the shop, but outside there were lots of people drinking various liquids, no one told us what was going on. As we walked away, one of the owners followed us & asked, would you like to know what is going on. I said yes, we've been in, nothing is priced. He argued that everything was priced, my friend saud she thought it was illegal not to display prices & he said we will agree to disagree & walked off!! Absolute snobbish behaviour.

Their service is excellent. The item I ordered arrived in two days. It was too big so I returned it free of charge requesting a smaller size. That too arrived in two days.

I really wish I had read ( or even googled ) the reviews of this company before ordering. I understood the 5-7 day dispatch time, but my order was not dispatched within the 5 -7 day window and customer services is pretty useless - they just state 5-7 days ( as apparently they wait for all stock to be in until disaptching which suggests that they don't have the stock in the first place) . So incredibly slow delivery and very bad customer service , would not recommend to anyone

Outstanding service from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble on the phone with the questions I had.
Will definitely be purchasing again from them.

Order Pinewood Womens Dog Sports Trainer Vest × 1 on Friday 04 September with a 5-7 working day despatched date. By Tuesday 15th not heard anything so gave them a call. Customer service advised that the item was still within the timeframe, so advised to wait. Thursday 17th still nothing heard so called again. CS apologised and said they would upgrade delivery to next day, so would either receive it today 18th or tomorrow 19th. Called CS again, just to get an update and was advised that they haven’t received the item into stock yet, so cannot confirm despatch or delivery date, so basically the person I spoke to yesterday didn’t give me the correct information ! Not once has this company contacted me to update me on the situation. I am waiting for a callback back / email update today, but will not use this company again, or recommend them.

The company provided a 10% refund for the inconvenience and my item has now been delivered.

Always excellent service. I had to cancel an order and I got a phone call to check that I wanted to make the cancellation. Then the cancellation was processed quickly.

Once I realised that the items I ordered would not be delivered in time for my adventure, I contacted the company and they tried their best to find alternative sources and facilitate delivery. Unfortunately it was not possible on this occasion, but I was very impressed that the company cancelled my order and refunded me immediately. Their friendly approach and willingness to help made for an excellent customer experience and I would happily recommend Hollands Country Clothing.
