My first time shopping with Hockey FActory and I was very pleased. My item was delivered within 2 days on the free delivery option and I got an hour delivery window sent to me from DPD via a text message.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. There was one of the 4 items I ordered out of stock, but they explained I could wait or take an upgrade replacement for the same price. So I did. Very happy - it all arrived the next day. Great service.

Terrible company to shop with
Terrible company to shop with. Placed an order, they then said they didn't have what I ordered. They suggested something else which I accepted and then they shipped the wrong item! Then they asked ME to pay for the return and wouldn't cover the full cost. Do not use this business

Don't shop with them
Shocking service. The stock they suggest via their website is available, probably isn't. Their strategy seems to be to get you to spend with them but then they text you the following day to say they don't have it but they try and palm you off with different sizes or colours etc. And the attitude of the employees is a disgrace.

The Hockey Factory Shop is just not worth the hassle! Worst customer service ever and delivery took over 2 weeks. Furthermore over priced!

**Bad Service**
I wouldn't shop at the Hockey Factory Shop ever again - bad customer care, due to staff being rude on the telephone.
Seems like a company looking out for themselves and not worrying about the customer.

Poor Customer Service
Lack of customer service.
Item took ages to be delivered and after emailing to find about where it was (3 days later) a reply saying they hadn't sent it.
