Hi, thanks for the message. However, you have not been dealing with us, there is a fraudulent website out there with the domain exclusivehockey.shop which has nothing to do with us. They have cloned our website. We have reported this website to google and requested it is brought down. We are sorry for your experience, it is very frustrating as you can imagine.
Fantastic Partnership with Clubs
Exclusive Hockey have helped both City of Birmingham Hockey Club and myself on numerous occasions over the last 2 years. Recently they supported out community activity initiative to get 30 young people into hockey during lockdown. Ash has been great and given us high quality equipment at reasonable and justifiable prices.
As a club we also now have a number of sponsored players and club merchandise and equipment from Exclusive and our partnership continues to get stronger

Not Enough Information
When I placed the order it did not tell me when my parcel would arrive, this caused me to be very stressed as I needed it for a specific date and I actually ended up having to buy a different bag from a store the night before my travel. I also thought that the description of the bag was lacking in detail as I did not really understand what the bag was like, luckily I did end up liking it and from what I have seen so far it is of good quality. The socks I also ordered were the wrong colour.

Hi Lucy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I feel that your 2 star review is quite harsh. You placed your order at 9.30pm on a Friday night (18th). The products were despatched on Monday morning and you were given tracking information by email. The order arrived on Wednesday. So in our opinion we feel this is a very good service. We use Hermes as our delivery service if we were to use another courier company the delivery charges would be a lot more expensive and we would lose a lot of business.
In regards to the socks being the wrong colour we massively apologise if you wanted to exchange please let us know and we will sort this out.
