Nothing more than years of earned trust
Given two or three options that appear to be about the same, I will always choose Hobgoblin because of the years of trusted service. Nothing flashy, they just get the job done.

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding to this, I was waiting for a bit more info. We do think these should come with screws - we don't always receive them with the tailpieces but we'll supply them whenever we can in future.

Great company to deal with
Hobgoblin would have to be the easiest and most agreeable company I've dealt with in ages. Get in touch with them and you get prompt replies from actual humans. The obscure musical instrument I ordered from them made it all the way to Aotearoa/New Zealand in about a week, which was pretty impressive.
The only downside to this was that the instrument was poorly set up and entirely unplayable when it arrived and was generally a bit of a disappointment.
