I want to share an updated and honest review based on my full experience with Lazarus Labs, so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I purchased a Retatrutide 10mg vial and, despite following a consistent dosing approach, I initially experienced no noticeable effect. This stood out to me because I’ve used similar compounds before and understand how they typically feel in terms of appetite suppression and overall response.

When I raised my concerns, the initial response I received appeared to be automated and didn’t directly address my specific situation. I was then asked to provide batch details and wait for further review, despite there being no clearly identifiable batch number on the vial or packaging I received. That lack of traceability is a concern in itself when you’re dealing with product effectiveness.

During this process, there was also mention of a possible goodwill replacement while the matter was under review. Based on that, I continued engaging with support in good faith and waited for their outcome.

After their internal review, they declined both a replacement and a refund. The explanation leaned heavily on their Terms of Service, stating that Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are not always available at the time of purchase and that customers are responsible for reviewing any publicly available COAs beforehand. They also stated that the absence of a COA does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

They further claimed there were no verified issues with the batch and no broader complaints, but did not provide batch-specific verification tied directly to the vial I received.

What I found most frustrating was the overall handling of the situation. The initial suggestion of a goodwill replacement created an expectation that the issue was being taken seriously, only for that option to be withdrawn after the review was completed. From a customer perspective, that felt like being led along rather than genuinely supported.

To add to that, I also received an automated request to leave a review while the issue was still unresolved, which felt disconnected from the situation.

Since then, I’ve moved to another vendor who actually communicates directly (not through AI-style responses) and demonstrates far better business morals and customer support. That contrast alone highlights what was lacking here.

At this stage, the matter has been closed by them with no resolution. While their process may be structured internally, it did not feel particularly responsive or reassuring when it came to addressing a specific product concern.

Because of this experience, I won’t be returning as a customer, and I would strongly recommend others do thorough due diligence, especially around batch traceability and verification, before purchasing.

This is simply my experience so others can make a more informed decision.

Poor customer support

I placed an order two business days ago, and paid for expedited shipping to get it by end of the week. There website clearly says if order is placed before 11:45am, they ship it same day. It's now been over 48 hours since I placed my order on Monday and they don't even have it confirmed yet. I emailed customer support, no response. I called their customer support and got in touch and all the guy said he could do was hope it gets done today. I asked if there was anything else he could do to ensure it gets done, and he's like "nope, thats handled by our warehouse." I asked, "you can't call your warehouse and ensure this is done?" he replied, "no." Need to be clear, this review is not about the product itself, because I never received it. This is solely about customer support, lack of upholding the policy they state on their website, and in ability to get me the product I paid an extra $30 in shipping for by the time I needed it.

Very poor customer service

I used the rub-on stick product and it broke apart. I wrote to Lazarus for a replacement and they refused saying I should fix the product myself. They said it had been used....of course it was used, that's how it broke. I would recommend using a different brand.

Excellent product and company

Excellent customer service, they go above and beyond, and excellent product - I can feel the difference in my joints when I stop taking it. I especially appreciate the disability discount program and how easy they make it to apply.

Did they even send it yet?

Placed my order on 9/6. It's 9/13 and I haven't received it yet. Lazarus claims it's shipped but USPS keeps reporting that it's awaiting the shipment. I'm geographically close to Lazarus and should have received the order by now. Won't use them again.

This used to be my favorite CBD tincture…

I have been ordering several different kinds of CBD tincture from this company for around eight years. I have loved it all along until I got the most recent bottle. It was absolutely awful. Smelled like rancid fish. Made me want to vomit. I contacted the company and they told me that they have completely changed their formulation. I guess they're now going to lose most of their customers over this. Why would you change something that was perfect? Do something that was absolutely frightening!

Just got my cbd tincture full spectrum

Just got my cbd tincture strawberry lemonade full spectrum from Lazarus naturals and the taste is terrible, never again. Chocolate mint is the one I like, this one is wicked and leaves a very bad taste in your mouth.

If I could give them a 10-star review

If I could give them a 10-star review, I would! This company is a truly altruistic company, run by fabulously helpful people with amazing products for pain and sleep. I see other reviews here where people had trouble getting the VERY generous discount; I'm disabled and submitted my paperwork, called to make sure it got there, and got my discount that same day. I would never buy CBD products from another company even if they ended the discount program because I've benefitted so much from it already. People should be more either stick-to-itive or at least more grateful: This company OWES you nothing! They are a for-profit business who gives me a generous discount for being disabled and my Dad and his friends discounts for being veterans. That alone should convince you to buy from them.
Now let me speak about the products: There have been many days where I don't know if I could have gotten out of bed without their CBD balms and lotions. They work so well that I can hardly believe it. I go from great deal of pain to perfectly fine in about 15 minutes with the balm sticks and lotions. I just sent some home with my sister-in-law who is also disabled as she loves it but can't get it in Ireland.

I'm not sure if they just say they offer a discount for certain groups for marketing purposes, then make it impossible to acquire? Idk about the product, but the "support" isn't helpful.

Best CBD company in America

I've been ordering since 2018, it's the only CBD that's helped me, the oil is dark meaning it's pure oil straight from the plant and not diluted.

They have helped countless people with the Veteran/Disabled program, the autism community is always recommending them!

Honest Review by Someone on their Hardship Program

It’s interesting that you can hardly find any websites where you can write an honest review about Lazarus Naturals.

I’m on their hardship program, but I’m not loyal to the company because of that. I’ve stayed with them solely for financially reasons for five years. Otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere because of their poor customer service and price manipulation by forcing the poor to pay more than others in order to meet the minimum purchase for free delivery. But mostly, I would have left due to the smart asses they employ to respond to customers and their management who condones it. I’m a very nice person and don’t deserve the snarkiness by those receiving minimum wage who disrespect me because they can see that I’m poor, and they can hide behind a computer.

As long as you have no reason to call or write the company, you’ll be happy with most of their products. The quality is very good, although I believe they use hexane in their extraction methods. Nonetheless, CBD quality is wonderful among countless other companies, most whose CSRs will respect you and show understanding and compassion when you talk with them.

So if I earned enough money to purchase my quality CBD elsewhere, I would. This is not an ethical company by any measure. They are mean towards their customers, which makes me wonder why they offer a hardship program. I think Sen Lee of Utah offered the owners of LN some pimp benefits with free taxpayer dollars in their pockets if they offered a hardship program. Either way, LN often ships your packages late. They often arrive at the very tail end of the shipment window, or just past the date. If you call or write after 10 days from when you placed your order, and still see that your package hasn’t moved, the CSR will always be an a-hole to you when you innocently ask if your package will be shipped soon. They’ll point out their shipment policy, as if you’re not allowed to ask any questions until the shipment window has closed after 2-3 weeks.

My worst experience with them was when they forgot to mail my package after 3 weeks. I couldn’t call sooner, as I didn’t want to harm a CSRs precious feelings by calling too soon to see where my shipment was. Some loser named Chris in management kissed up to me insisting that I should never wait that long to notify them when I see my package waiting to be picked up for days or weeks. He said he’d address the disrespect by their CSRs towards customers who call inquiring about their shipments. That was 3 years ago. But if he spoke to them, it didn’t change a thing, as earlier this year I was disrespected by a LN CSR via email. When I addressed his behaviors with management, the name of the manager protecting the CSR’s disrespect was none other than Chris. So, good customer service is a game to them. Like I said, if you can find a more ethical company, use them, and steer clear of Lazarus Naturals.

I’ve been using Lazarus Naturals for a while now, and despite the mixed reviews I’ve seen, I’m really impressed with their products. Some of the flavors can be a bit unusual, but at least they don’t taste like chemical candy, which is a big plus for me.

My dog also loves their chews

Victim of Data Breach You know I ordered the largest bottle only to have my Data Hacked I as a rule never purchase anything on line I just thought through their reassurance would protect me! I threw the whole bottle in the trash Pretty much destroyed my ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOREVER! Just think your Data is being exposed to a bunch of organized Criminals! Lazarus softgels made me very ill

The last bottle of Lazarus Full Spectrum 50 mg CBD Softgels made me horribly sick. And between CBD Marketplace where I bought it and Lazarus Naturals nobody cared to refund my money or to even evaluate what was wrong with the product. I used it before without any problems but this bottle, which cost a lot, made me ill in a big way. Not just once, but for the several times I tried it. Buyer be cautious.

Great Product, great price
