HiQ Tyres & Autocare Omdömen 

So I had to have 2 new tyres on both mine and my wife’s car recently so we went local and chose hiQ. They were not the cheapest nor were they the dearest, ultimately we chose to keep our business local.
This review is in no way meant to tell you not to use this company, more to let you know about my experience.
They were able to fit my tyres in time but that is the only positive point.
Before they were fitted I was having no trouble with my TPMS system but as soon as I drove off the forecourt within 10 mins my monitor was beeping at me. I don’t want to say it was hiQ’s fault but like I said I’d had absolutely no issue with it before I went there.
The next thing was that a scratch had appeared on one of my alloys. Again I can’t point the finger but I can assure you with photographic evidence that it was not there before.
The reason for taking so long to review hiQ is that I was promised that I would be contacted to discuss this scratch. Up til now still no one has contacted me!
I am needing 2 new tyres again on my car and will shortly be needing 2 more on my wife’s car but I can assure you that hiQ will get no more business from myself.

Hi i had a full service and the engine cover wasn't correctly fastened and almost fell of completely the Manager Malcolm Mcdowell wasn't very happy to fix it in place and unapologetically, they also lost my tyre cap again Malcolm casting the blame on me? I ordered 3 new tyres and I took the day of and they weren't there and no apology? I ordered a new top mount and again no delivery came there's a catalogue of errors seemly they just don't care treat customers badly and rude they are so unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone.

The mechanics and people on Reception have always gone the extra mile to help me with any query concerning my cars. The team in Redditch are exceptional. Over the many times I have used them I find they always go the extra mile to solve problems Many friends use them for the same reason. I cannot recommend them enough. The added bonus is their prices are clear, fair and reasonable .

Great service dropped car off and got a message to say it was ready an hour later, all was as expected will definitely use them again

I had a piece of plastic body trim on the underside of my car that had come lose. The mechanic jacked the car up and spent 10 minutes reattaching the trim and when he had finished he refused to take payment. Fantastic community generosity. Thank you.
