HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Lancaster Omdömen 

We stopped here in an emergency en route from Wales to Scotland for a holiday as our car alerted us that something was off with our car tyre pressure. One of our caps was stuck so we couldn't check ourselves at the garage.
Hayden the Holiday Hero came to our rescue and checked all the tyres and sorted the car out! He even tolerated our nosey dog trying to supervise out of the window. Our holiday is saved!

Brilliant customer service.
Called in because the tyre pressure warning light came on and despite using our own tyre pump nothing would erase the warning.
They sorted the problem and wouldn't charge us.
Excellant attitudes and all very friendly staff.

The customer service I received from Ethan and team was outstanding. I had an urgent issue with my campervan and the very kindly squeezed me in so I could still get away the following day. Lovely clean reception area away from the oil and noise of the workshop. Highly recommended.

I called in this morning as my driver side wouldn't close. Peter spent ages taking the door panel off and trying to get the window panel back up. Eventually two of his colleagues came to help. They tirelessly kept going determined to get my window up as I needed the car for my two grandchildren tomorrow. I have never seen three mechanics work together so well. Loan female driver - broken bonnet and oil needed filling

Team was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was seen straight away and the team were able to quickly figure out the problem with the latch system and was able to fix this and filled the oil. I would highly recommend to anyone especially female drivers nervous about going to a garage.

I have hit three potholes which have bust my tyres each time. HIQ have sent their mobile tyre van to fix each one. Fantastic service would highly recommend.

My fiancé brought our car in for new tyres, the service was great, mechanics we spoke to were informative, helpful and friendly. The job was carried out quickly even with an issue being found and another part needing ordering which came in quickly.

Had a fantastic experience with this garage. The service was efficient and professional from start to finish and the staff were friendly, helpful and clearly very experienced. They ordered and replaced my car battery and also ordered and fitted new tyres quickly and without any hassle. Really impressed with the quality of service - highly recommended.
