HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Lancaster Omdömen 

We punctured a tyre while driving along a windy narrow road off Windermere. Mick responded to our request for roadside assistance and was with us in a mere 90 minutes, coming all the way from Lancaster. He replaced the tyre quickly and efficiently and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Very competent service, would highly recommend!

I needed someone to look at a problem with my car. After having a look at the problem, a man called Hayden came to reception took me to my car and explained to me what he would need to do to fix it. He explained it very clearly and in a friendly manner. After a very short wait, he had fixed it and I was very happy with the charge for the labour. I have been to HiQ in Lancaster before and have always been more than pleased with the friendly efficient service they provide.

With the flash flood I had hit a pothole in a puddle and gotten stranded with a flat tyre. Breakdown cover I had would of charged a lot more and estimated to arrive in 6 hours. I rang HiQ and they helped instantly! I explained the situation and that I had a baby in the car with me. Hayden rushed out and got me back on the road not even 30 mins later. The lady who arranged it was amazing and Hayden who fixed it was fantastic. Thank you so much for saving this mum in distress! You've found yourself a loyal customer now.

Turned up at 8:30am on spec with 2 flat tyres. Peter and Freddy got my van back on the road within the hour. Great Service.

Vey pleased with the service i received when i had a flat tyre. Mick did an excellent job replacing & balancing the tyre and providing helpful tips and advice. The car was not in a driveable condition so (for a very reasonable call out fee) the work was carried out in my workplace car park. Recommened.

We stopped here in an emergency en route from Wales to Scotland for a holiday as our car alerted us that something was off with our car tyre pressure. One of our caps was stuck so we couldn't check ourselves at the garage.
Hayden the Holiday Hero came to our rescue and checked all the tyres and sorted the car out! He even tolerated our nosey dog trying to supervise out of the window. Our holiday is saved!

Brilliant customer service.
Called in because the tyre pressure warning light came on and despite using our own tyre pump nothing would erase the warning.
They sorted the problem and wouldn't charge us.
Excellant attitudes and all very friendly staff.

I phoned HiQ this morning with a problem & Keira was extremely helpful & asked me to call in straight away. Staff at the garage although very busy checked my car over quickly. Hayden sorted the issues whilst I waited. I have nothing but praise for all the staff being professional, knowledgable & kind. I recommend HiQ unreservedly!
