Beef Wellington Treat
First time that I purchased the Beef Wellington. This is a dish that seems to be enjoying a renaissance! The recipient said it was “really tasty” and paired with the dauphinoise potato’s. A quality product consistent with all previous orders.

Delicious venison
I ordered diced haunch of venison which was absolutely delicious. I also ordered calves liver which again was very good. Delivery was extremely efficient and careful.

We have been buying meat on line for decades and in our opinion HG Walter is the best on line butcher.
The meat comes fresh in sealed bags and this allows you to portion it if necessary prior to putting it in the freezer.
The quality of the meat is first class and the staff are friendly and helpful Highly Recommended

The quality of produce is fantastic
The quality of produce is fantastic. I’ve switched from another online butchers to make HG Walter my go to for meat. I still get some basics in my supermarket shop but there’s no doubt about the difference in taste.

After having Christmas lunch order. to place the order on line…
After having to place the order on line I had to contact the sales team with what I required in my order. The lady I spoke to was very understanding and helpful, she really did go out of her way. I’ve used HG Walter before and not only are they very helpful but the quality of their produce is top class, so far there have never been any poor quality produce. I only thing I didn’t really like was ordering on the web site, as you get older human contact and voice is a must.

The meat was absolutely fantastic
The meat was absolutely fantastic, and there were lots of positive comments from my party. I was a bit confused by the ordering process. I missed the drop down and just assumed I needed to add three bones to make it a whole three-bone joint rather than three separate joints. This was just user error from me, and i did learn how to tie a butcher's knot of the back of it.
