I have been attending the Health and safety training for a long time now and I am very happy with the way it is done, I met the Trainer Bruse and he has been great in the training program

So my experience wasn't bad at all, I had a very good time and I was very happy that I get along with everything I was taught.
Mr. Adrian was a good lecturer he was able to take his time to explain and makes all attendees get along. It was very good .

The teaching and illustrations of everything made me to get a bigger knowledge and greater opportunity to know the things I actually thought I find hard to do because our tutor broke things down for us in a layman way and was truly delightful❤️

The practical and face to face training

They used all the necessary equipment to teach. No improvise. The training was so interesting because of the way and manner we were taught. They created room for questions and answers and we were given opportunity to practice.

The tutor have knowledge of all courses at her finger tips. She delivered each course with effective practice and active participation involving every candidate. Absolutely interesting and happy to apply and transfer my acquired skills properly with pride.

I can't fault the course teacher. His personality made what is normally a dull day go fast. I expected to at least have note paper 📝, pen or something to show for the money paid. One urn of tea and coffee for the whole day ( no way of keeping it hot) is substandard.
The room itself was not very warm. More could be done by the company.

It was an interactive practical session with an experienced and interesting tutor.

very informative , relaxed and delivered in a unique way , demonstrating the teachers many years of experience . Lots after anecdotes which help get the message across and keep it in one's memory .

The trainer had time to respond to questions asked by participants. The practical sessions were so great as we had the opportunity to practice what we learnt.
I can confidently recommend any one to attend your trainings. It is worth the price.

I attended the all in one mandatory CSTF physical training, Sue was our tutor and she made the class very interactive. I enjoyed my time.

I recently attended the CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training course in Birmingham (BMI) on the 20th of April, and overall it was a worthwhile experience. The session was well-structured and covered a wide range of essential topics A special mention goes to the trainer, Adrian Basford, his expertise delivered the material clearly and kept the group engaged throughout the day. His approach made it easier to understand key concepts, and he encouraged participation, which helped reinforce learning.
The environment was comfortable and conducive to learning, and the day ran smoothly overall. I left feeling more confident in my knowledge and better prepared for my role.
