Transport people in a unhumain way.
Need a lot of training in customer/ patient care.
Dont deserve one star, cut cant comment without one star.
Will take a long time for the two journey exsperiances to heal in myself.
Moved twice during the night with them. Un my book it being illegal, and how Jesus was treated.
Date should be year 2024 but cant go back that far

Straight forward and no nonsense process
The booking process was not easy for me as a Ward Clerk but it was straight forward to do. It just meant there was a lot of research for me to do and going backwards and forwards.
The transport arrived about 15 mins early and the whole process went off without any issues at all.

Polite and professional from booking to dispatch
Easy booking the transport both verbally and online form. Efficient service providing secure transport within a specific time. Extremely polite staff who were really interested about why the patient needed this type of transport so they could continue to support her.

The staff who attended were very caring…
The staff who attended were very caring and understanding, as well as being very patient as it took over an hour to get the patient into the transport due to his dementia diagnosis.
