I have been attending the Health and safety training for a long time now and I am very happy with the way it is done, I met the Trainer Bruse and he has been great in the training program

TRAINING I WILL NEVER FORGET
To start with, location of venue is excellent, welcoming, easy to find plus plenty of parking spaces if you are early, otherwise there is other spaces that are within the vacinity bit further away.
Mr Steven Bruce was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, up-to-date, fun, current and good to engage with.
We had introductions to start with reasonable breaks, and before we know it, the training came to an end. It was such an enjoyable day we felt like it was a family day with members of the family that we have never seen before, with different backgrounds but it all look like we know each other before.

INVALID TRAINING CERTIFICATE
The trainer was very knowledgeable and communicated effectively.
The ambience was good.
A breakfast would be ideal but what broke my heart was the certificate. I expected a certificate of training or participation. The red clause in the certificate (Further work based competency training is required to achieve the full Care Certificate) invalidated the certificate for me and I could not use the certificate for the purpose for which I did the training. I was so disappointed i even called your office.

Thank you for your review. The Care Certificate Training course naturally works in two parts. The first being the full day of training with your certificate being issued upon completion and then demonstration of the skills learnt on your training session in your workplace. This means that once we have provided the training your employer then needs to see evidence that you can practice what you have learnt in the workplace where they can sign your Care Certificate Workbook. The certificate issued and the record of the assessment pages in your workbook combine to the full Skills for Care endorsed Care Certificate Training course.

I enjoyed the training
I enjoyed the training, and the trainer was knowledgeable and delivered the session effectively. However, unlike the previous training, we were not provided with writing materials, which would have been more helpful.
