Quick and efficient fitting by Shaun
Meghan came out and gave us a quote on 4th and the curved stairlift was fitted and working by 12th! Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.
The fitter, Shaun, knew exactly what he was doing and had it fitted quickly. He explained very clearly how it worked and what to do if it didn’t to myself and my mother in law.
A great experience. Thanks.

My stair lift broke down.
My stair lift broke down so I contacted Halton straight away and they organised an engineer to come and fix it the same day. They were very obliging on the phone.
The engineer Richard was quick and efficient and had it all sorted in less than an hour.
I have always found this company very easy to deal with and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stair lift.

Great customer service from our engineer
The engineer, Kane, couldn’t have been any more helpful. Throughout the day he kept me informed of his expected arrival time, and he thoroughly explained everything he was doing to help resolve the issue we had. He was extremely friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I wish all companies offered this kind of customer service! Big Shout to Kane!

Stairlift made for mum to give her independence
I had a stairlift made for my mum so she can remain independent in her home , the engineer called James fitted it. He was excellent and made sure mum could go up and down on the lift and I have checked with her today and she is really pleased. This staircase was challenging as it’s steep and narrow as the house dates back to 1850 , Halton stairlifts made a stairlift that fits perfectly

Anthony the guy who fitted it was very professional and got to work straight away .
Once fitted he showed us how to use it correctly and was very patient with my elderly mom , showing and explaining everything too her and making sure she understood before he left .
Very pleased with the service.

Fast efficient service
I only implemented the sale on 18th May
They out on that day measured up and the urgency of the stairlift was evident and it was fitted two days later yesterday the fitter was friendly quick and efficient very impressed with the whole process from start to finish highly recommend

We called Halton Stairlifts yesterday…
We called Halton Stairlifts yesterday 19/05/26 with a minor problem, had a call same day from Halton’s confirming that an engineer would be with us today 20/05/26. We said we have an appointment at 11:50, Halton messaged back to say engineer would be with us between 09:00 and 11:00, Richard the engineer arrived at 10:00, fixed the problem cleaned up and was gone by 11:00, you can’t have better than that. Thank you Halton lifts
