I had to call for a repair Mon 29th June 2026 called at 12 noon the stair lift was repaired by 1600 hrs the same day. The engineer was called James and was brilliant worked very professionally cared for my property and was very polite. Thank you James you are a credit to the company. The company made everything crystal clear and straightforward. We ordered on a Friday and Michael installed it for us on the following Wednesday. He was super efficient and friendly and completed the installation quickly and cleanly only leaving when my husband felt comfortable with the controls.
