Took £2000 off me, this is a scam!! I have alopecia and was in a desperate situation to try and save my hair!!, my hair fell out (all of it) do not trust this company!!! Please seek advice from NHS in July (when the new medication is released for anyone with alopecia). I’ve started to take medication and my hair is growing back! This does not work!!

Can't be trusted! Had multiple consultations on hair transplant procedure and everything looked good at the start. I was convinced that I have found a reputed clinic to finally get the procedure done. Got the date booked and paid the deposit. First surprise - got a confirmation of the procedure from a totally different clinic in hounslow whereas in all my consultations, I was told that it will be done at HLC London clinic. So basically, they outsourced me to a completely new 3rd party clinic with which I had no prior consultations. Whatever I discussed with HLC consultant went out of the window! On the day of the surgery, when I met the surgeon, he had a completely different take on the density, coverage etc. Had to get the procedure done anyway and I can't fault the 3rd party clinic. They were good. Top it all, HLC have not had the courtesy to give me a follow-up call since the surgery 3 weeks ago! They are just running an agency for a cut with zero attention to patient care etc.

I would give zero rating if I could also. I have had the treatment for 18 months and my hair is worse than I came out with. I have spent thousands of pounds believing their mission statement. Do not ever go to the Leeds branch the guy has very little experience and is all about making money. I have made an official complaint to the head office and received absolutely no comment which is unacceptable. My hair is has grown very little and the Leeds branch insists I keep paying more money in order for very little improvement.

6 months of laser treatment used shampoo and minoxidil as directed, worked initially but after treatment thinning again as bad as before, after follow up appointment told they were happy with it Cost £1.500 I am very disappointed and have not been offered any suggestions to help.

Attended Carlisle Clinic for 6 months for hair thinning and hair loss at parting and crown. Rick explained everything clearly and professionally from the start. No hard sell. I went ahead and so pleased I did. Hair is much thicker and hair grown back to almost where it was. Very pleased with the results and improved my self esteem & confidence. It does take a while to see results - for me it took about 3 months for hair fall to reduce and start seeing baby hairs come through. Even my hairdresser noticed a difference in its thickness. I had a beard patch on one side & a patch at the back of my head. I searched in my local area (Reading) in finding a hair clinic which could fix this issue. I had 3 consultations from 3 different clinics, HLC made me feel the most confident out the 3 in getting the results I needed. It was very professional the moment I walked in. Paige was very informative, she explained the whole process in detail & also assured me that I will most importantly see results. I started my treatment from here & kept up with the alopecia spray, minoxidil lotion & shampoo which was included in the total amount. I kept this up as I was very determined to get my hair back to normal, anytime this ran out after a couple months, Paige would provide me with more & always kept track so I wouldn't run out. The laser appointments were always very very straight forward, I would mostly have 20mins sessions & sometimes 40mins if I could not make the time before. These sessions will spread more over time but it is very important to stay committed, HLC always made sure I had a slot booked in & it was very easy to book these in by SMS.

I started my treatment in April 2022 & completed my treatment in April 2023. My results were excellent! My patches were covered with my natural hair, this boosted my confidence again & felt very happy overall with the whole experience. A year later I'm writing this review & my hair/beard looks healthy than ever. If anyone is going through the same experience...HLC is your answer, it was worth every penny. Most importantly stay patient with your treatment, you may not see obvious results at least 4 months however you will see evident changes as more months go by & when you do, still finish off your final treatment & keep up with the spray, lotion & shampoo if required for your type of treatment.

I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs it & if you are still hesitant, book a consultation in...all questions will be answered.

I have been receiving treatment for a patch of alopecia that I developed last August and I can honestly say the results have been amazing! I was skeptical at first but now the patch is fully covered and I have gained my confidence back. Took my money after promising me my hair would grow back but guess what after 5 months of laser treatment and using minoxidil no different. Sent me packing out the door with no explanation as to why it hadn’t worked and hasn’t been in contact with me since. Wouldn’t waste your money on them as they’re not proper dermatologists

I visited the Stoke-on-Trent branch of The Hair Loss Clinic back in November; unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was evident that the primary focus of the clinic was not on providing genuine care or practical solutions for hair loss but rather on aggressive sales tactics and exploitation of vulnerable individuals.

I was greeted by Lee, who immediately launched into a high-pressure sales pitch. His demeanour was excessively pushy, and it was clear that his main objective was to sign up as many clients as possible, regardless of whether the treatment was genuinely suitable, beneficial or affordable for them.

The treatments offered at the clinic were disappointingly generic and extortionately priced. When I inquired about the longevity of the treatment and whether I would be required to undergo repeated sessions, Lee conveniently sidestepped the question on multiple occasions, refusing to provide any concrete information. It became apparent that transparency and honesty were not priorities for this company.

Even more concerning was the experience of my boyfriend, who attended a free consultation after me. Despite my absence, Lee focused the entirety of the consultation on me and my hair, making my boyfriend feel uncomfortable and sidelined. This blatant disregard for his concerns and the lack of respect for my personal appointment with him was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.

What truly appalled me, however, was the blatant emotional manipulation distilled by Lee. Throughout the consultation, he made relentless attempts to create a sense of urgency and desperation, insinuating that my only hope of regrowing my hair rested solely on purchasing their expensive treatments. By setting a tight deadline for my deposit (two days away) to be in with a chance of cashing in on the 'Black Friday Deal, ' he made me feel like this was a lost cause if I didn't undergo treatment with that clinic. He completely disregarded the information I presented about the genetics that ran in my family and said the at-home methods I'm undergoing would have a 0% chance of regrowing my hair. It was abundantly clear that the clinic was preying on the insecurities and vulnerabilities of its clients for financial gain.

My experience at the hair loss clinic, particularly in Stoke-on-Trent, was deeply disappointing and disheartening. The blatant disregard for integrity, the aggressive sales tactics, and the emotional manipulation tactics employed by Lee highlighted a complete lack of ethics and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this organisation and seek more reputable and trustworthy alternatives.

360 Optimum Hair is the way forward for anyone looking for a recommendation. Sophie has been helpful and attentive and has recommended at-home treatments for me as I don't live near her clinic. She really does care about her clients!

In response to your reply: how do I contact your manager? How are you unable to verify the information??? That’s exactly what happened! I have text messages from Lee to prove I had an appointment, and my partner told me that Lee shared my CONFIDENTIAL medical information with him without my consent. Do better.

My hair loss affected my everyday life, I went to HLC in Carlisle and have just completed 9 months of laser treatment for female pattern baldness. The outcome is amazing with my hair almost back to what it was like when I was younger. I am going for PRP treatment to further my hair growth on the crown of my head too. Seek medical advice always first! If I
had got the treatment I was
recommended, it would have
potentially damaged my hair or done
absolutely nothing. Costing thousands
of pounds and massively damaging
my mental health for having hope that
it is the treatment that was working. I
trusted these people and now believe
the treatment they offered me was just
a scam. Not caring at all about the
effects it could have on me.

Firstly I researched the best Hair loss Shampoo and conditioner that would with some general tips on how to find a reputable hair loss clinic in London.

Firstly, I recommend HLC clinics online and reading reviews from previous patients. This gave me a better idea of their reputation and the experiences others have had. Additionally, I consider checking if the clinic is accredited by recognized professional organizations in the field of hair loss treatment.

This helped me ask questions, and assess their expertise and level of care.

Lastly, trust your instincts and choose a clinic where you feel comfortable and confident in the care they provide. I was impressed with the service even though I purchased online via Etsy from the Farrington Branch in London. It is hard to get this service in Cornwall. I really happy with my Purchases.

Please please take my advise and avoid at all cost. You are promised the world when you walk in your then sent to a surgery with so called expert surgeons and this is just not the case and when all goes wrong your told its nothing to do with them and to take it up with surgery they sent you to. I was misadvised during my pre op and was then asked to pay for extra surgery to rectify there mistakes and when I asked about this again its not there issue speak to the surgery and the surgery never get back to you. I eventually argued my way to an appointment with the surgeon after a long dispute and again was told I need more surgery and to pay more and they would call me nothing at all. My hair is worse than it was before I had my surgery I was told by both parties my hair is nice and thick just a few thin patches and now I have full on bald patches and then was told my hair was thinning to begin with which wasn't the case. Please avoid and learn by my mistakes.
