Vey happy, my hair is coming back. Sophie was friendly and approachable, I found her very informative and knowledgeable also appointments are offered at convenient times, your first appointment costs you nothing so if you are worried give it a go.

Chelsea is absolutely fantastic - understanding, reassuring, informative & kind. We become friends throughout my 6 month treatment! I was at rock bottom when i first contacted her and she listened and supported me throughout - and the treatment worked unbelievably well! If you are in any hesitation - this is your sign to go for it!

Rick and the staff at the Carlisle branch were amazing people, so caring and thoughtful. They worked really hard and were always there till late at night. Rick is so professional at his job and made me feel very comfortable in my situation that was very upsetting for me, but he reassured me every time and I saw the results. My hair started to grow back I was delighted that there was still a chance. Yes it will take time but I would definitely recommend them. But thank you Rick your amazing service, so lovely and very professional and hard working . Keep up the good work !!!

Having found two bald patches on my head a few months apart, I decided to turn to HLC for help. I could not be happier with this decision! Sophie was extremely reassuring and helpful from the start. After a 6 months treatment ( laser therapy and products, completely painless) I cannot believe it but I have my hair back! So happy!

I’ve been attending HLC for 6mths. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At 3mths you are checked for new growth and re-checked at 6mths. At both checks I was shown new growth. You have to remain patient as new growth takes time to thicken and fill-in. I am returning for a further check in 3mths to see the stands thicken and potentially more growth now that the follicles are all open. I’m excited for my next check by which point change should be more noticeable by eye 🙂

I have hated my hair for many years, it has always been very fine. I would tie it up and could not do anything with it. I had hair extensions but they were not for me. I came across the hair loss clinic and came for my initial consultation. I was made to feel at ease anthe process and state of my hair was clearly explained. I was initially worried about how often I would need to attend, but the whole process has flown! I am thrilled with the results and can see so much hair growth. I cant wait to see how the hair grows and thickens overtime. The products are great, especially the shampoo! I would recommend this to anyone who is considering it. I now can wear my hair down and feel more confident. I will continue with the products as I can really see there benefit.

From the first consultation with Sophie, to the last check up, HLC have provided an excellent service both in Rochester and Bromley, not to mention the transplant itself in Harrow.

Visited this clinic in Carlisle looking for hair treatment and after checking reviews and feedback was convinced to give it a go.
Walked in and was welcomed by Rick very kind gentleman and knowledge about the treatments.
He guided me through all treatments and saw pictures of clients with laser treatment and decided to choose laser treatment 6 months period.
Followed all instractions by the book , didn't skip a day of treatment or laser treatment.
Although treatment seems to start working then no progress at all . Not even a bit .
I knew it is a risk and not guaranteed results but was expecting something. Got nothing.
Then I been advised to take 3 more months of treatment but I declined of course as it's wasted money already after 6 months treatment and no results.
My opinion is : If you want more reliable results,go for transplant. Do not take the laser option if you have big gap of hairless spots .
But do a good research before you choose clinic and treatment.
I put no pictures up as it's nothing to show .
Service ok but sometimes I was there waiting for my appointment before someone arrives in the office.

I cannot recommend the clinic and Sophie enough, she is caring and so thorough with all information. She answers all my questions no matter how silly. A third way through my treatment and the results speak for themselves. Five stars all round. Thank you so much!

Not one to complain or even leave reviews but have never been so disappointed or let down by a company before. Appalling customer service to the point of non existence. Appointments given to me on more than one occasion to find no one there and just left standing outside. Then No one reaches out to schedule next appointment when they don’t turn up,
And to add to matters the Email address for Rochester clinic they quote on their website just bounces back!
