Bobbie is just so quick!

Bobbie makes me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed when i come for my hair appointments. She is incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to.

Failed at the first attempt.

Terrible experience so far and havent even got as far as my first treatment! Uncontactable. The only contact I've received is via text which I've tried to move to email without any luck. The texts were coming thick and fast until I asked for confirmation of my treatment plan and associated costs. I've even tried contacting the Reading clinic however the number provided on their website is 'Unavailable'. The number given to me via text is for Southampton and is never answered. Thankfully I never parted with any money and will now being going elsewhere.

The consultant you were dealing with has been on unexpected leave due to the arrival of her baby, which caused a temporary disruption in communication.

All treatment plans and costs are always confirmed in full prior to proceeding, and no payment was taken in your case.

We will also review the contact numbers mentioned, as they should be accessible.

I can’t recommend HLC Tunbridge Wells enough!

When I first came to the HLC Tunbridge Wells six months ago, I was lost and confused about my hair loss. I felt hopeless and scared that it wouldn’t grow back. The moment I sat down, I was put at ease. They explained everything to me and gave me hope that everything was reversible and that my hair would come back.

Every part of the process has been so easy – the sessions and the products. The team are so lovely, friendly, and kind, but most of all, I’ve been blown away by the results. Sometimes it’s hard to see the progress while you’re going through it, and although I could see a slight difference, the before and after photos shocked me. There has been so much progress, and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t thank HLC enough.

I have been going to the Bromley studio for a few years, and have been always happy with there service. A top stylist and very helpfull and knows her stuff is Elisha. Cant recommend it higjly enough.

High praise for the Hair Clinic

I have been a customer of the hair clinic for 2 years now and I cannot and have never been able to fault the professionalism, attention to detail and friendly and personable customer service.
Elisha is an absolute joy to deal with, always bubbly and welcoming with a constant smile - she makes what could be a difficult experience care free
She is a credit to the company.
Finding the hair clinic gave me confidence and a new lease of life and I would recommend them to anyone looking to address hair loss and regain their confidence
