Just want to say a big thanks to HLC Exeter for all there help, I had been for a few consultations prior to meeting Ash at Exeter, and it was very sales based. I knew once I met Ashley at Marsh Barton that I was in Safe hands, he went into a lot of detail about the treatment(LLLT) laser therapy, the emphasis being solely on what the treatment does and how that impacts my hair short and long term. I was very happy with what I had heard. He told me to go away and have a think, which was very important, as he was very confident without being pushy. Fast forward six months and the results of my laser therapy have been very good, my hair is thicker, stronger and Stable. I’m under the small aftercare program to keep it strong. Massive thanks to Ashley and Luke for there constant Support, increasing my confidence and Professionalism in what was a difficult 😞 time for me. Thank you 🙏🏻

I attended the Morley clinic for three months. Lee who runs that branch is genuinely a nice guy. I have no issues with the treatment received nor the professionalism / knowledge. I was charged one thousand pounds for the first three months treatment which includes a special shampoo saw palmetto capsules and minoxidil fluid. At first for the first four sessions laser treatment is given weekly following on from that laser treatment drops off to once every two weeks. I hadn't seen any new hair growth after the first three months and this is to be expected as the hair rests for 3 months before it can begin to regrow. Any adverts claiming otherwise basically undermine the facts of the hair growth cycle - people should do their homework before criticising. Lee also promised that should he not see the growth that he expected he would put the money that I had already paid towards a hair transplant. Something I was not expecting. Hair transplant costs rivalled the Turkish mob costs at this price and I'd far rather go to Manchester than Turkey! I've still not had a transplant. I may go for one but the laser hair therapy is STILL showing positive signs and I would say I have 70-75% of my hair back now. All in all I'm happy with my decision and I would highly recommend HLC.
