I visited one of the London clinics with my mum, both of us down with hair loss. We were met with such warmth and it put us at ease immediately.
We had a thorough consultation explaining what was going on with both of us which made complete sense and didn’t leave us feeling confused. After both signing up to do treatment we have found the journey so enjoyable going to the clinic. All our questions answered and always made to feel comfortable. We are half way through our treatment currently and honestly couldn’t be happier the results so far are amazing! I really can’t rate the hair loss clinic high enough. Recommend to anyone dealing with slight or major hair loss you will feel at ease right away. Thank you team for all your efforts and hard work x

Please avoid. I saw Chelsea on Weds. she told me she was a trichologist but when subsequently asked has provided me with no surname or qualifications. This is extremely bizarre… a minimum expectation for a patient in any medical cosmetic remit is to ask who’s advising/treating them.

She told me I had thinning at the crown and female pattern loss. I have seen two other professionals since who have rubbished these claims using follicle analysis. My causation is likely anaemia and I have pending test results. Both other experts are keen to see those to establish causation to know how to treat my telegens effuvium.

She didn’t want to see those. I was given a shoddy pamphlet outlining a ‘one size fits all’ minoxidil, dht block and laser treatment. I saw the machine but was given no information other than ‘fda approved cold laser’ - when asked by text she has again not answered more specifics. I was told I must act or my folicles will shrink and die. It was reiterated there was a deal and that ends in two days at £1750 or else it mysteriously jumps to £1950…. This is pure salesmanship.

Chelsea displayed nothing like the knowledge of the other two actually medically trained people I met and it’s embarrassing by comparison as well as an outright lie to make money. HLC can contact me directly if they wish as this is an extremely worrying legal territory to put yourselves in and if I ran this company I would find it extremely concerning. The meeting with Chelsea ended awkwardly with me just letting myself out of the building. Please do not trust this clinic. Exploitation of people in vulnerable positions is revolting.

Update: The Clinic's response is again, unfortunately false. Chelsea did NOT identify anaemia, she was unsure of the cause, that was my inference. She also said I could have hair loss YEARS after having covid. There is no scientific evidence to suggest this is remotely possible.

The idea that you stand by alopecia spray being crossed out on a shodily produced pamplet is laughable. I have been told by two board certified actual trichologists that Minoxidil and DHT block are inappropriate and that I have NO evidence of female pattern hair loss.

I have a text from Chelsea where I ask her is she is a trichologist. She says 'indeed'. This is a lie if she is not qualified. I asked for her qualifications and more information on your laser (as I recieved neither in consult) and was told Chelsea had left the company.... are you saying she is still employed? Why was the texter incorrect? Why was correct information on the qualifications of your staff not provided when asked? Your laser was quoted as having 400 diodes. This is not particularly strong. Where do you justify £1950? Minoxidil is £25 (as told by Chelsea) and herbal DHT blockers are £30/month.

Saying you have many positive reviews is besides the point; your staff lie and are not transparent on their qualifications. You have falsely told me I have a condition I do not to make money. I reiterate: 2 fully qualified and certified individuals have contradicted you. You have a one size fits all approach as evidenced here. You have a pricing model that includes mysterious deals that pressure sell to people in vulnerable states.

I shall report you to trading standards and have alerted the UK Board of certified trichologists.

If this scenario has occurred even once, rather than deflecting weakly, you should be taking it very seriously. The fact you have responded in the fashion you have is extremely transparent.

I was looking for options for growing my hair back as I have started to lose a lot of hair. Most places told me that there was only one option which was pills. As soon as I came here, I was presented with many options on how to grow back my hair. I’ve been through six months of their laser treatment and have seen significant growth. I’m very happy I chose to come here and would definitely recommend.

My hair has been falling off since I lost weight quite quickly I’ve been so worried. 6 months after the best decision starting this treatment I have lots of new hair and thicker hair and my hair is not falling off anymore. I decided that it was finally time to do something about my hair loss, instead of just hiding it away under hats and scarves. I discovered HLC Warrington and met Ashley who was honest and open. There were no pressure sales but I decided that it was time to do something for myself (as my self esteem was at an all time low) and bit the bullet! Yes, you have to commit to the routine but it makes you focus on the end goal. I didn't tell my hairdresser, but after a few months he noticed my hair was starting to thicken up so I came clean! I have completed a full year and have now been transferred to "maintenance" visits in order to keep up with the treatment. During the last few months more and more people have started to notice the change and I couldn't be happier! There is still a way to go, as certain areas take longer than others, but this initial sceptic has certainly been won over. Thank you Ashley for giving me my self belief back again (plus the wonderful chats we have when I visit!)

I have attending clinic in Southampton and it was my second time. Due to alopecia my first course was in 2022 and second in 2024. Just finished in this month. Anyway, I was so pleased with the results as always. My hair grow back. The ladies are very welcome and polite. I very much recommend the clinic. In fact my hairdresser always mention this clinic to the clients.

I was looking for a reliable PRP treatment option and after visiting multiple clinics I found Chelsea @ HLC Bromley to be very passionate, knowledgeable and thorough. All my questions and concerns were addressed professionally which helped me in making my decision to start with the treatment.
