We were served by a lovely lady called Shirley earlier today, who was very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely be coming back!

I popped in for a general look and found a jumper. When I went to pay I met Shirley. She was brilliant. Someone that obviously still prides themselves on good customer service, which is rare in many places now! A great member of staff who obviously knows her stuff!

Shirley was really helpful. Only went in for gaiters but will return for more gear

I was looking for hiking boots and was helped today by Shirley whose knowledge and support was absolutely excellent. She took the time to explain about the advantages/disadvantages, fits, even clever ways to tie the laces! She brought out several sizes to check fits, was not pushy around sales and even clarified the returns policy. Couldn't ask for better service.

Lian gave super information about the Merino base layer.
He went upstairs to the store room to find a selection for me to choose from.
I asked him to save the product for 30 minutes whilst I checked another shop, but car back and bought it.
Lian and the other man serving were super helpful. Thank you.

She has been with the store for awhile and always has a smile to welcome customers. She is a credit to the store and the wider company.
Although having worked in retail for many years you really need to improve you stocking/re-ordering processes.

You had the product I wanted in stock and the assistant, Shirley was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Served on Thu 16 Apr 26 by Shirley who really went above & beyond to find me the best 'fit' water pouch to fit in my backpack. Have sourced me the most user friendly one she then went out of her way to find me the best deal using not only my Discount Card but also because I'm a military veteran with a Veteran's ID card. Thank you - the water pouch worked brilliantly during my 100 Mile Charity walk last week.

Solace offered to help me as soon as I walked into the store, and was quick and efficient at getting me the sizes I required in walking boots I wanted to try on. Solace advised me that I could purchase any boots with a 28 day return window, if I wanted to try them at home which was helpful.
When I asked for another opinion about how the boots fitted, Shirley was amazingly helpful, and experienced enough to check how I walked in them and where my toe reached; she was also extremely knowledgeable about the whole subject of walking boots which was so helpful!

Both staff made me feel that the most important thing to them was that I found something most suitable for me, rather than any pressure to buy there and then.

Due to my experience, I would return in the future to the Worcester store.
