We were helped by Shirley@2592WORCS today & she was very calm & patient & really took time to make sure that we were looked after, as shopping as an adult with a 13 year old & a 9 year old, all of us neurodivergent & highly over-stimulated, is an extremely stressful experience-not only for us but for the unfortunate shop assistant that has to deal with us! Shirley seemed to understand straight away that we were struggling & reassure us & it was ultimately her kindness & understanding that not only made the sale but quite possibly turned our day around, so thank you Shirley 🤗

Finally got it with help from Ronnie
Been trying to get hold of a Berghaus 500 Footprint for months but not had any luck near me (Brum) and not available online but popped in the Worcs store with little hope and thought I'd try my luck, Ronnie went digging and found one out the back, legend!!

We had such a great experience with Shirley in Worcester today. Our 5 year old is usually very shy but Shirley put her straight at ease whilst she fitted her walking boots. She gave great advice and we came away with everything we needed! Thank you so much Shirley for being so attentive!

Excellent customer service
The staff in the Worcester store are so friendly and helpful. I have visited the store twice this month and purchased walking boots, shorts and a waterproof jacket, and all the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Shirley who served me today.
