GO Outdoors - Worcester (Express) Omdömen 

Having searched for sometime for a particular item with no success, I visited the Worcester branch of Go Outdoors. I was assisted by a very helpful sales person (Nicola) who went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted. All credit to the store and their team.

Very helpful staff Liv & Shirley tried to find a brand & product that worked for me. The Brasher cargo pants would have been ideal if the cut & size were closer to what I need. I'll look online to pick another brand/product for click & collect at the store.

Fantastic offers if you have a Go Outdoors card.
I saved £61 buying three pairs of walking trousers. A good range of brands.

I would like to give recognition to the wonderful customer service i recieved from a customer assistant in worcester city store who,s name is nicola.She went above and behond to help me choose and advise me on a pair of walking shoes which i went on to buy from the store.I have neuropothy in my feet due to past cancer treatment these shoes are comfortable for me i have just joined an hiking group.Thankyou nicola.

On my home , I was lucky to bump into Nicola, @ Worcester bus depot , she was so pleasant , & told me she worked for Go outdoors in Worcester .
I told her I needed a packable jacket , she advised me what was available in her store , even where they were located .
I went in there today , Nicola made me feel so welcomed , & promptly set about helping me to select a suitable jacket .
I was so impressed with her willingness to help me , I will certainly be going there regularly .
Nice to feel like a valued customer .

I was served by shirley@worcester 2592 and she was wonderful, told me all about berghaus's repair warranty and about refund and exchange policy, also spoke about other products and she was so sweet and friendly, would go again she's brilliant

I purchased a new pair of Berghaus shoes and I was served by the lovely Shirley who fitted my shoes on and checked to see if they fit right for me. So thank you so much Shirley for sorting me out with the shoes.

Fantastic helpful service from Romie who helped me choose the best walking shoe for my needs. She also laughed at my jokes. Out of politeness no doubt but the gesture was appreciated! Recommended.

Shirley was absolutely amazing! Tentative, kind and knowledgable! Helped me pick out the perfect walking shoe. Truly would have been lost without the help Shirley was able to provide for me.

Shirley@2592 could not have been more proactive and helpful. I had selected a rucksack and was wearing it, when she approached me suggesting that she helped me to adjust it so it fitted my height and frame properly. Using a weighted interior, she adjusted the height, straps and shoulders. I would never have known how adaptable the bag was without her and would not have known how to adjust the many straps to fit it perfectly. She also advised me on how to pack it for maximum comfort and ease of use.
She pointed out some useful accessories, which were not necessary for my immediate needs but would be useful in the future and was not at all pushy when I did not buy any. All in all, she was an excellent assistant, helpful and respectful - an asset to the store.

I visited the store today to purchase some hiking boots, and the sales associate was extremely helpful. She provided excellent assistance and ensured that the boots fit properly. Her name was Shirley

Visited today and were served by the lovely Solace. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and explained the membership cards/discounts for us. Very knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our upcoming trip, thank you so much :) Planning on coming back already to have another look around!

We were helped by Shirley@2592WORCS today & she was very calm & patient & really took time to make sure that we were looked after, as shopping as an adult with a 13 year old & a 9 year old, all of us neurodivergent & highly over-stimulated, is an extremely stressful experience-not only for us but for the unfortunate shop assistant that has to deal with us! Shirley seemed to understand straight away that we were struggling & reassure us & it was ultimately her kindness & understanding that not only made the sale but quite possibly turned our day around, so thank you Shirley 🤗
