GO Outdoors - Stockton Omdömen 

Visited the portrack store for fishing gear. Went upstairs and asked a member of staff about fishing trollies. He was uninterested and not helpful. When we went to the checkout we were served by Millie who could not have been more helpful and provided service with a smile! Very refreshing. Well done Millie!

Lots to look at. Initially I was just browsing but I was impressed by the range of goods on display and bought a dress. Staff were busy and Mia at the till was pleasant and helpful.

Ordered online. Didnt receive an email to say it had been delivered to store. Only found out by popping into store and asking where it was, Then got top home, and was stained and dirty. Wont be ordering from again.

Helen helped this novice to buy her first pair of teva sandals. Despite serving other customers at the same time as me, she was polite, careful to listen to my needs, and kind. I didnt feel rushed or that I was too much trouble, though it was a busy Sunday. In all, excellent customer service and one happy shopper!

On Sunday, I popped into go outdoors to buy my son some clothes for his birthday. I was unsure what to get him but a member of staff called Jenny helped me pick something that was perfect for him! She was friendly, helpful and customer service skills were first class. It’s now my go to place for clothes when he needs more! Thank you, jenny!

Helen, who was working on shoes today was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She scanned my feet to get correct size and let me try a couple for fit. Although the size in the shoes I wanted was not available in the colour I wanted - she advised me to go online and purchase using next day delivery as I need these for the weekend. Customer service at its best! Unlike Merrell customer services who have no phone number and slow/ unhelpful responses to complaints.

I was served by karen and Claire in the Stockton branch they were very helpful after we had a bad experience with our delivery from evri going missing that we bought from go outdoors these girls went above and beyond to make sure we got the same deal as originally paid for our lost tent so we can enjoy our family holiday thank you one happy grandson

The store was well laid out and felt welcoming. We visited the footwear department where my wife was introduced to the foot scanning facility which was very well presented by Helen. On this occasion we purchased only base layer boot socks but will certainly return to footwear when we need to replace our current boots. Well done. First class experience.

I had the most marvellous help from somebody called Rebecca. I had already been into another go outdoors Store and it had been helpful but what I needed was somebody who would truly look very carefully at the kind of boot I was attempting to buy I needed somebody who would sit with me quietly and look at the size of the innersoles and suggest what I would kneed in terms of size and comfort. She was amazing she described what she thought would be good offered me various examples and she took me up and down the Walking unit that you have. Sane described everything to me and I am very satisfied with the boots that I bought and also the shoe that I bought. I cannot commend her enough for her wonderful thoughtfulness and helpful advice —she is certainly an incredible asset to your company and one that should be applauded in any way possible. This happened on Monday the 6th of July at approximately 10:30 am. I hope she is rewarded for her wonderful attitude and thoughtful approach to helping customers. Kind regards Stephanie Overton

Went to the Middlesbrough/stockton store to get some things for a family camping trip at the end of the month, was served by Karen who was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in store and actually managed to help me pick some things out I also needed my address changing on my members card which she took care of no issue, The service we received in store today was 10/10.

Always goto the Stockton store you can always find what you need very easily the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you and the service of the staff on the checkout is outstanding always greeted with a smile and ask if everything was okay. Very good store
