Couldn’t be anymore helpful 100%.
The staff in the Southport Branch not far from the train station were absolutely so helpful they really went out of their way to help me look + buy the items I needed, it made my day also bagging everything up so I could carry the items as I’m on crutches, very friendly, very helpful + very professional, he also updated my outdoors bonus card as it was due to run out, many thanks to the staff in go outdoors Southport near to the train station 👍.

No receipt, no problem
Had to return some walking boots after 5 months, unfortunately I no longer had my receipt. This was not a problem, Sam from the southport store found my purchase record and offered me a choice of full refund or like for like exchange. Fantastic service all around 👏

Due to a technical problem (getting two left feet shoes) from Liverpool branch I went to my hometown store in Southport. Lorna and her team were fantastic and solved the problem without any qualms or issues. A excellent friendly service that is the standard I always get from your company

Great customer service
Had ordered online but order hadn’t arrived after 7 days and not in time for my sons trip to Snowden so pop into the Southport store, Lorna was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for gloves which they didn’t have on the shop floor the team went above and beyond to look in the storeroom for me and find them. Great customer service.

Salomon Quest boots
Bought Salomon Quest boots to replace a very old pair of Scarpas. Ben gave great advice re sizing and what to watch for re comfort, as I have suffered from blisters in the past, which has always put me off hiking. Used them at the weekend for a 13 mile hike - no soreness and no blisters! Winner!

Recommended contact the maker directly as the sandel was not available within Go Outdoors.
