Great service
Had to get some Walking shoes and some trousers , I hate shopping with a passion , and once again I was not let down in the Southport branch , and was assisted by the wonderful Jen, who managed to sort me out with the right shoes and two pair of trousers and renew my card and even change address, and I was in and out within minutes, this is my kind of shopping, and five stars is not enough would highly recommend.

We received great customer service from Ben when in store buying some walking shoes. He explained the differences which educated our decision.

I went into Go Outdoors Southport last week to look for a pair of walking shoe. I’d heard loads of good reports from my walking friends about the excellent service in the shop and the product knowledge displayed by the staff and I really wanted to spend money on a product that worked.
I was served by Lorna and Jen who both went the extra mile and were so patient with me. I tried on loads of shoes and never felt rushed and their product knowledge was excellent. I came away with a great pair of Merrils and I’m delighted with them. Thanks Southport

The staff are always fantastic in this shop. They always go above and beyond for customers. I recently ordered a backpack online and had it delivered to my local store, when I received it it had obviously been used so took it back and the service was brilliant, they couldn't be more helpful
