STAFF HELPFUL, COAT EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY
Staff were very helpful in helping me find a waterproof coat. The coat I chose was only £75 and superb value for money. My size was not available, so was ordered. Used click and collect and coat arrived at Southport store in 4 days.

A perfect fit.
Lorna the saleslady understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me the item of clothing right away. I picked the colour and tried it on. it was a perfect fit . We had a friendly chat too and that was nice.

Ive been having difficulty finding a…
Ive been having difficulty finding a pair of boots for a charity hike to Cambodia. I went to Go Outdoors Southport and spoke to Ben. Well all I can say is if you need any advice on the right footwear for trekking Ben is your man! He was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with no pressure to purchase anything, however he has found me the perfect (hopefull) pair or boots and even showed me different ways to lace them up to cause less discomfort. Thank you so very much for all your help

We were served by Sam who was attentive, helpful and considerate in guiding me/us regarding walking boots.
The Southport store had a good selection of women’s walking boots, at affordable prices. I needed to make a last minute purchase and was surprised to find some leather boots which were comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff member was knowledgeable, considerate and responsive to our needs.
