We had a great visit to Go outdoors Plymouth today, which was made even better by the help and information provided by Aidan who went above and beyond in order for us to get the correct equipment for us. He was friendly, helpful and attentive.

Bargain!

The floor person Jodie was excellent. However the Wellington boot section was woefully lacking in choice and sizes and had to go elsewhere.

I popped in just to grab a few things. In front of me was a lady returning items and selecting the wrong items. Megan S the cashier was nothing but polite and patient. When it come to my turn she apologised for my wait, she was friendly and up beat, she answered my questions with straight forward answers. Megan made my trip a lot less hassle then ot could've been.

I found everything I wanted (with help from staff who were very helpful) and Nana on the till sorted out the discounts so I bought everything at a good price - thankyou!

I bought a fishing seat box, which looked like a good bargain, good enough for me to drive from south wales to collect it!
but the parts that came with the seat box do not fit! the inserts are the wrong size and I had to file down a part to fit the wheels on!
an absolute joke of a purchase, I can see now why it was priced so low!

The help I received from Nana at the checkout was exemplary. I am an old guy and was somewhat confused to find my Go outdoors membership had expired. Nana helped me to renew my membership and patiently showed me how to access the web site and check all was well. Thank you Nana

experience is bad because the staff are rude Blunt . Except One lady Called Abie , in fact I am wondering how on hell she is working there. Abby is polite , helpful, Great customer service skills , she just want to work , she just want to do the best . The rest I really do not know why they are there , how the the management recruiter such people .

I came into Plymouth Go Outdoors today to look for walking boots. I was helped by a person called Alex. Alex was so incredibly helpful, I was asking a lot of questions and didn’t really know what I needed but left the shop with a lot more knowledge and plan to return to purchase a pair when I’ve had some time to decide between 2 pairs that I liked. Thank you Alex you were very attentive and helpful 😀

We had a great experience in the Plymouth Go outdoors shop today. Sarah was extremely helpful and patient, advising us in a knowledgeable way about which waterproof trousers my friend should get. She was thorough and understood what we were looking for. Thanks Sarah.

Click and collect is at the back of the store. It is too far for me to walk as a disabled person, so won't be using Go Outdoors again!

Alana was so helpful. Really good knowledge and advice and such a lovely lady, explaining the elements to my son.

After taking back my 3rd pair of Merrell hiking boots after waterproofing issues, I was given a full refund. The lady at the till called Jodie was so helpful. She took me to the footwear department and must have helped me try on every pair of boots in the store. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't buy another pair of boots but that was only because I needed a half size and they didn't stock them. Honestly the best staff in this store. Thanks again
