Excellent assistant
Ryan the assistant was extremely helpful & had very good knowledge of the products we were looking at. The shop was due to close shortly & we were not made to feel rushed or pressurised in any way. My son in his mid twenties, was looking for a good waterproof & walking trousers & he was very pleased & satisfied with the items he bought. There was a good range of options available.

I visited this store in Plymouth city centre with my dad who has dementia
The lady that served me was so kind and compassionate and helped my dad pick out a suitable coat and gloves
She spent a lot of time helping him decide on which coat he preferred which speaks volumes when you have a parent who struggles at times
The whole crew in there were friendly and very welcoming
I will definitely be back

Great service…
I came into the city centre branch today in plymouth to bring back a coat that i had ordered online and was too big. I had a lovely assistant called Susan serve me. I asked her if she had any other coats simular to the one I took back and she showed me a lovely crasher make. It was so much better and more fitted. Really pleased with my purchase and the fabulous service I had from Susan.

Superb service as always
Helped by several staff few days before purchase, including Ryan, further friendly advice from Sue and Hannah regarding sizes in stock while still deciding, and ably assisted by Jamie and Alex very helpful fetching shoe size from stockroom,giving me plenty of time to try on and ensure I was happy. Lovely chat whilst paying,a pleasure to shop here. I would like to add how well stocked and displayed this store is, a credit to the team

Great Go Outdoors express shop
Great experience in this shop. Matt , Ryan & Susan were all really helpfu & friendly as we were looking for a new mens waterproof jacket.Even our dog enjoyed the visit after treats from Susan. Although a smaller Go Outdoors shop, it still had plenty of choice. Would definitely go there again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Purchased a Rab axion pro.
Nothing was too much trouble for the lady that assisted me with my purchase. The staff are always very friendly and offer genuine help the moment you enter the shop. Have purchased several products from the store and have always left feeling satisfied with the way that I have been looked after.

Much better than the bigger store!
Hannah provided excellent help in advising on aftercare for my jackets. The store was well maintained store and the rest of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I'll definitely be coming back.

Winter essentials
I bought a winter anorak downstairs after some good advice from the staff. I took a look upstairs before leaving. Where I had an informative chat with Jamie regarding a future rucksack purchase. I was also taken by a new winter waterproof boot that was at a nice (reduced) price. So far I have been very happy with my experience an dpurchases.
