Popped in to buy a coat for grandson
Popped in to buy a coat for grandson. The sale was on. It was axproper sale with decent reductions.
If you joined their club (£5 ) then the priced reduced even more.
Thanks to the wonderful Matt I was able to get a lovely coat for my grandson which he promptly wore out of the shop.
Matt was very helpful and the whole process did not take long.

I love Go Outdoors
I love Go Outdoors! I visited today and picked up a couple of rucksacks and some thermal hats, absolutely amazing value using their members card, literally you can’t find cheaper prices! Really helpful chap upstairs helping me with the snow boots and down stairs I was served by the very helpful and friendly Matt. Fantastic store, lovely staff, great location and incredible prices, the Black Friday deals they have on kids jackets were also amazing 🤩 I will be back!

Upstairs in the camping department…
Upstairs in the camping department today we had Matt help us pick out some travel bags for our Thailand trip in a couple months and he was really helpful as I also didn’t have my members card and he sorted it through the system! So thanks Matt! Great customer service.

Great customer service

Staff helpfulness and friendliness
The member of staff, Elspeth, was not pushy in any way. On the contrary she was very good in helping us to decide the best boots for our purpose. Not only helpful but also friendly with a smile on her face. Quite an achievement given that she was no doubt coming to the end of a long day.
Also, the cashier Steph helped us get the best deal on the day given that our membership had expired.

Brought two beautiful coats and the…
Brought two beautiful coats and the discount is wonderful especially when money is tight,But the only downside is communication between warehouse and delivery, at first I was meant to pick coat up from shop, then I learn it was being delivered by a company who never know what there doing ,only to fine they are delaid and I see a van in my street the same day,then it's in the shop. Communication is a wonderful thing!!!!!!

Peter Storm Jackets 5*
Bought a lovely jacket at a fantastic price price which now is my 2nd jacket just different colour, why I went back and bought another is that it is so warm for walking around that you do not over heat in it. Also it is water repellency which protect in light showers but I got caught out in the down pour and i never got soaked through at all as it protected me so I was lucky.
The staff in the shop in Plymouth ( Go Express) both times of buying my jackets were so happy and friendly very professional and helpful.
