They really did everything they could to help me get all the gear I needed for my trip, offered a card that allows discounts for a mere £5 annually saved more using the card on my first purchases than if I'd left it out.

Popped in on Saturday to purchase some new walking boots, although the store is smaller than Festival Park, always find the service more personable and Rachel was more than attentive to my needs. Great Service

Great range, great service
Visited on Monday and was looking for a coat for a walk tomorrow as the great British weather is back. Had great service from Rachel who took the time to go thru loads of alternatives and made some useful suggestions.

the click and collect i used was…easier said & done.
the click and collect i used was reasonably quick in response. easy enough to look on line, then it was just a matter of waiting for text to travel and collect.
the newcastle under lyme branch was easy enough to find and staff where helpful.
