Both members of staff on that day, especially Rachal, were very helpful, made sure we had what we needed, and got items for us that were not on the shop floor.

Great service today from the staff in NUL. Click and collect worked a treat and very happy to see them on the High Street. We need to make sure that this store stays to keep people in the high street.

Good result again.
I went into the Newcastle u Lyme Go Outdoors for a specific gillet but unfortunately my size wasn’t in stock. However the lady and young man serving were good enough to offer me a suitable alternative that was actually better than the one I originally went in for. So once again I left the shop completely satisfied with both the goods and the staff interaction. Well done both you’re a credit to your company!

Kitted out for Icelandic trip.
When choosing genuine outdoor clothing...we have a valuable store in our small town of Newcastle under lyme.
I like to understand the latest tech in warm and weatherproof clothing and boots...before spending good money!
Rachel the store manager was on hand to talk me through what I should be considering for an Icelandic trip... I settled on a 3 quarter length Peter Storm feather quilted coat in purple...and matching woollen knitted hat.
I didn't feel pressured to buy at all...I gladly took on her advise and was pleased with my purchase...especially with my members card discount and the extra 20% voucher off too 😀.

Purchase of hiking boots - good experience

Went in for a new pair of walking shoes, Rachel was incredibly helpful, she let me try on a couple of pairs to insure I got the right style and comfort. I was happy with the advice she gave, in choosing the right pair for me. 👍

Excellent in every way
Rachel, the manager of the shop in Newcastle-under-Lyme, was beyond brilliant. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made some very good suggestions. I came away with the perfect light waterproof jacket, all thanks to her.
